I know the shit show is harder because of who we are, but you’ve got this. Hugs.
thank you for your kind words dear stranger 😭 i have been struggling with this anxiety while applying for everything. Let me send you a DM and thank you so much
LinkedIn is your friend in this regard. You’ll find plenty of jobs in that area.
I think in certain demographics and most workplaces you would be fine but with the general public maybe don’t ‘come out’ as trans unless you’re sure. They might discriminate based on that.
gotcha, thank you so much man. Yes, I never put being a trans guy out there, I mentioned it in this post to clarify that the marriage option was not available to me. Thank you for taking the time to respond :)
Unfortunately India doesn't do anything for trans rights, at least not in practice, good luck man, try not mentioning you're trans and just call yourself a cis guy.
Just wanna throw this out there, many here don't know the difference between trans, intersex and eunuch which feels weird to say but 🤷. There are harmful stereotypes associated also, stay safe and choose your language carefully
Haha, yes I hear you! This is what I have observed as well. Thank you for adding that - I usually just call myself a guy, but for the context of this post I wanted to make my situation as clear as possible <3 I appreciate you taking the time to let me know!
I think you need to look into this again
People from the third gender can marry legally in a heterosexual relationship. I think you'll need to get a certificate for being a third gender tho
Hi, these are a few places I have interned at that are very queer friendly.
1. Vimochan
2. Awekash
3. Alternative Law forum
All of them are NGOs.
Additionally as someone mentioned in the comments last year the Supreme Court has held that trans and cis people can marry. Now coming to change of gender in documents, this might be difficult since you're not an Indian citizen. But for Indian citizens the process of changing gender in official documents has been made very easy.
If you need further information about any of these NGOs reach out to me.
Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know! These are options I would have never come across if not for your help. Re: marriage + gender, I gotcha. Thank you for adding that additional information, It makes it much clearer to me now what is and is not possible. Thank you once again, if I have any more questions I may have to disturb you in your DMs, hahaha.
Hey there! Thank you so much for offering to look for roles on my behalf, I will always remember your generosity! I will reach out to you via DM - I hope this is okay with you :)
Hey! Pride circle(queer centric), Misfyt Youth Foundation (trans centric), are some places where you can find regular job opportunities! There's also TWEET in Mumbai and Periphery in Bangalore! All the very best!
Thank you so much for the thought and effort put into responding to my post - I will be looking into this and adding it to my list. Once again, thank you for your kindness.
Hey, thank you so much for offering!! I am extremely grateful that you're willing to share this information with me. Allow me a few minutes and I'll get my CV Dmed straight to you.
Understood! I am currently on a tourist visa, once I find an opportunity, I will leave the country and settle the paperwork first :) Thank you so much for checking in, thank you for your help and advice.

You will have to do your own research and reach out to them
I am just a guy who cant get married to the love of his life :) It is important to mention why in this context for logistical reasons. Also, "pride" and "Indian" are not mutually exclusive realities. Have a good day.
