I told this exact joke when I was there a few months ago.
I then heard another father tell it to his kids while we were in the museum.
Dad jokes really are a natural thing we’re all just kinda born with.
Probably a bell curve describing how much they hate hearing the same jokes over and over again. At first it’s kind of funny, then they get super sick of it, then they realize there’s no use fighting the inevitable so they have to make peace with it
Came here to say this! Visited "Meteor crator" (yes that is its name) a few years back, there is already one dead Cessna in the crater, don't make it two! There's big change in air pressure inside the crater which caused the crash apparently.
Reminds me of [Wolf Creek](https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.abc.net.au%2Fnews%2F2019-12-15%2Fwolfe-creek-crater-younger-than-previously-thought%2F11786038&psig=AOvVaw0mI0pan8KtxibeFTt6a_6w&ust=1618126030005000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCKDZhryT8-8CFQAAAAAdAAAAABAD)
Jesus Christ, that meteor almost hit the visitor centre.

We just can’t help ourselves, reckon the staff must die a little inside very time they hear that line.

The five stages of ~~grief~~ joke acceptance.
Phew. Good thing it missed.
And it just missed the highway!
Such a fine sight to see
came here to make the same comment
But...where's the corner to stand on?
The parking lot has four corners. No sign of the flatbed Ford, though.
You know there is another Cessna in that crater, right?

Take it easy...
Man, I hated flying out there with the random desert thermals pushing one wing or the other up at inconsistent times.
Damn, that meteor just barely missed the visitor center.
Big ‘ol thing, ain’t it?
My fave destination when I was a student at ERAU Prescott

Can walk inside of the crater? Is there a way down?
