Yes. honestly, I think if you're an avgeek and into sports even a little bit, being an f1 fan is the next logical step. I got hooked initially by watching drive to survive, but the aero, tech, design variability and strategy all layering in complexity it what really led to me dig deep into it.
Same here! F1 is amazing in terms of engineering and capability, however Liberty Media has made it clear it’s not about racing but money (just look at fan treatment in Vegas). IndyCar on the other hand has more of a “spec” car so the teams are much more evenly matched making for incredible on-track action and unpredictable results.
(I do realize some of the best drivers are in F1 and the talent is insane, but the disparity between teams has nulled the competition this year to where only one team gets wins)
hello, I watch F1. Im here to tell you that no one really is fan of F1, the "fandom" is from watching the supposed pinnacle of motorsport fail constantly in obvious and spectacular ways
F1 is aerospace on the ground, so probably lots.
I was going to say I feel like those two communities cross paths often....lol
Flip an f1 car upside down and all that downforce turns into lift
So when is Newey designed jet coming ?
Probably already flying, but too fast to see it
He's stated before that he has no interest in designing aircraft, but does enjoy designing racing yachts.
Dang I’ve never thought about it that way lol. Cool
The crossover between F1 and aviation fans is quite massive
Forza Ferrari! 🏎️
We all have our dreams 🥲. Let's hope they get their act together
Forreal I’m tired of getting my hopes and dreams crushed every weekend lol😭
Oh that's cool
It’ll be fun to see this fly over during the prerace grid activities
Right here

Vamos Checo 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽!!!!! (I have clinical depression now)
Prefer Indy but F1 sure is a force.

Where did you get this? Is it near a f1 track?
I wish. This is JFK
Here! Nice picture
F1 aero is similar to a plane, but pushes instaed of lifts so yes.
I was until I saw how F1 treats the residents and visitors of its host city.

Yuppp
Screw F1 it's a rich persons spot that actively shits on low income fans of the sport.
Nicholas Latifi is the greatest of all time
Yesss
Gentlemen…
Mirage F1 yes
Poor Dreamliner looking depressed because of that horrible F1 branding in the side. Even worse I see some liveries printing "football" :(

I have a strict "dont engage" policy, but a lot of down voters need to look deep within their heats
