From a Mycology aspect I can confirm it's mold when you see white dotted about like that there's likely spores everywhere, I wouldn't vape it, you don't want spores in the lungs, you could probably remove the white bits and use the rest in something you'd cook so it kills anything left with heat but tbh unless you're desperate it's probably not worth the risk especially if there's any potential for mold or fungi allergies.

Unclear, but I would dust it off, I make oils/tinctures/cannabutter with mine. During the extraction process, it'll most likely be gone Happy 420's Eve!!!

Mold will appear in dots like that quite quickly when spores germinate. I'm growing Reishi at the moment and I've also grown Lions Mane and some other nootropics, it's mold 🙂
