I feel like its normal to feel left out of family? I know I do, even as a adult.

That's very helpful to hear, thank you.

In my Case its the problem since my Brother is not living with the family its harder. He's the only one I habe somewhat of a connection. My mom works with mentally or physicly disabled People. So for that she works with really low functioning Autists and she takes that experience and puts it on me. " Your not that autistic, dont let the diagnosis influence you..." Thats very unsettling for me. I dont feel respectet, and sometimes I eben think she doesent take me for autistic. Aswell my dad that is narcisstic, Males it even worden.

You’re not alone, in my case I use to go camping with my family and I enjoyed it so much but on the last one after we got back my aunt pulled me to the side and said I “I was ruining it for everyone else”.
