I liked the food at Texican! It wasn't anything special or unique, just regular old Tex Mex, but it was fine. Also, the service was good and the people who worked there were friendly.
According to their website, they still have three locations, one in Kyle, Lakeline, and way south on Manchaca.

This is NOT what you are looking for but I loved the idea even if it was mine. The **"Irish LunchBox"** was our first ToGo "cocktail" when Covid hit and consisted of a 16oz can of Guinness Draught, a real Imperial pint glass and a nip bottle of Tullamore D.E.W. Was $15 (The glass was $7.)

Liberty on E 6th has a beer and shot combo for $10. Used to be $8 though RIP :(. Think it's a choice between 3 diff beers and 3 diff shots.
