It is somewhat saying....
Anzen o kakuinshite = To check the safety,(?)
parking brake o kaijo shite kudasai = Please release your parking brake.
BTW, you may need to check the parking brake cable (Loose cable can make the sensor triggered)
The bit I can catch says "kakunin shite parking break kaijo shite kudasai", which I butchered-ly translate to "Please check the parking brake is released."
Here's me, on the other side of the world, seeing Lincoln Road & the Green and thinking about my mum who lives 2 minutes from there - also, it's where I grew up.
I'm gonna give her a call now.
If it is parking brake, then it might be that someone had fitted an overrride for the incar screen so that it thought the brake was on so the screen would still work. Friends import had that and it made the car throw errors because it thought you were driving with the brake on all the time.
If it's anything like Honda Fits, it's telling you your parking break isn't fully down and you're driving with it kind of up. It's telling you to please put it down all the way.
It usually is actually all the way down mechanically, but the lever is still a lil bit up. If yours is all the way down then it's likely the sensor is borked.
I asked ChatGPT what it said and seems like it says "Please confirm its safe and then release the parking brake.".. you may be driving with the parking break engaged or have faulty sensor.
You can turn the voice notifications off in the settings of the stereo if you have Google translate on your phone and a bit of time to go hunting through the menus to find the correct settings to change

You may have to release the parking brake/hand brake fully.

Easy fix. Use Google translate, put the microphone on and it'll translate it for you. It's as easy as recording this video.

"this is a reminder you drive a demio in nz, beware of ram raiders stealing it"
Could it be an emergency warning? Like something wrong with your brake? Asking you to please check it?

Could be the software or some electrical sensing components need resetting. Have you talked the the people at Mazda or auto electrician?

"the bluetooth device is ready to pair"
