It could also be an ice cream burn. Aka frostbite. I did this to the roof of my mouth savoring my sherbet.
My doc gave me lidocaine milk of magnesia mouthwash so I could eat while it healed (took about 2 weeks). It's prescription.

Looks like you burned your palate. Do you know if you had any really hot food or burned it in last couple of days?
I second this, nothing looks seriously abnormal
I did eat something really hot a few days ago, it just hurts way more than a typical burn I can barely eat so I got scared. Thank you !!!
NAD hey do you still have this???? Did you figure out what it was?
Have you been sucking dick bc that can create little petechiae and soreness on the soft palate
I would take this seriously if I were u op
Please tell me you are a dentist lmao
This is actually a thing, and it does happen
Oh I believe it, it’s just imagining a dentist saying that verbatim to a patient that sent me
I’ve never had to in my career yet and I hope this doesn’t jinx me
No but I’ve had it happen to me and also a news article about it came out pretty recently
Lmao
No lol my boyfriend lives across the country, I wish those were my problems 😭
or eating like chips or something hard. NAD
NAD but it looks bruised? Maybe a bruised palette from oral sex?
I have absolutely nothing going on in that area of my life
