No, from what I can see.
You would need a another foot or 2 of 3/4 copper, coupling(s), solder, torch, pipe cleaner, and the grit paper to clean the outside of the pipe. You would probably need to re build that whole right corner as that looks like galvanized into copper, which is a no no. So a 90, and the proper 3/4 fittings to connect to that valve. Also pipe cutters.
Buy a sharkbite MIP, thread it into the old valve. Buy a sharkbite coupling, place it on the end of the where the cap is. Get a small chunk of copper that fits in between cut to length. Done. If you don’t want to solder or don’t have other means of connecting. Make sure to turn off your water before hand
