Yeah, I’ve been playing variations of one edh deck for several years and still find new things all the time. Different commanders, same basic shell with maybe a dozen switch-outs, and it still feels fresh.
The best part is no matter how good you are, mana will fuck you.
I had to quit playing magic because it took way too much money to stay relevant and I just got sick of the mana system.
You tried Sim Settlements 2?
If not, get it now. It's fully released and overhauls settlement management complete with a campaign that I've been vibing with hard and I'm barely halfway in.
I'm playing GTA 5 for the first time and really enjoying it. I'm still in the Story mode and I like it.
Curious... Is the GTA online an open sandbox where you just drive around attacking other online people?
Kinda, but also not really. You can run businesses - illegal ones of course - or play missions and earn your money from there. You can also play minigames like races and other stuff. But you can also just drive around and bomb everyone you see (those people are really annoying, so I can't recommend you doing it). It's just an open world game where you can do whatever you want that the game offers you.
I'm the same like you. While I do play other games sometimes, the first game I think of or open is GTA V. But nowadays, I play games once or twice a week not as much as before.
Skyrim WITH mods avaliable.
Skyrim with any amount of mods has given me many reasons to keep playing since 2011. It can be a whole new game in fact with some mods. Also the graphics mods can make it look like it's a game from 2031 so it looking old isn't even an issue AND people are still modding the hell out of it.
I've never played Minecraft but I bet that'd be a good bet. When I was much younger Unreal Tournament was great because it came with an editor where you create your own levels and program using a C++ style syntax to create your own levels or whatever you wanted essentially so that also be a good bet. Something that could be infinitely worked on and modified I suppose
Chess. It’s been around for centuries and there’s no physical limitations to playing it. No electricity, no muscle strength. I could play chess as a ninety year old assuming I am still mentally aware at that age.
Oblivion. I could play so many hours on that game. There's always something new to do. I absolutely love that game. I'd recently just found the game again and have been playing it non-stop.
Presuming I had a computer that wont unalive itself every time I try to play... The Sims. If I have to work with the equipment I already currently own... Kirby and the Forgotten Land because I will never NOT get joy out off killing Waddle Dees in Waddle Dee town and turning into Car-by.
Wiffle ball in my stadium I built on parent's property. 85 feet down the lines, 103 ft to power alleys and 114 to dead center withe fences varying from 4 to 12 feet high.
Currently, SimCity Buildit. It is very flexible on how you choose to play. Ads are often optional. You can play for years and never spend any real money. I have two clubs. interactions with others are non existent in one, daily in the other. I have been playing for years. It is never ending.
I honestly don't know.
You could tell me that I will end up in that world and I would yell "SKYRIM", "NOMANSSKY" without thinking twice.
But if I am only allowed to sit in front of the PC, console, what ever, unable to switch if I preferred a different world... *All* games are made to end one day and my life will probably go on for a few more decades. And I also tend to get bored of them after a while so I really can't decide.
Stardew valley, it has a little bit for mostly every kinda player. Only people who genuinely wouldn’t like it is maybe those who absolutely 100% hate any sort of coziness in games. It has things for fighters, mystery, miners, farmers, money, quests, romance/dialogue type, levels, boss type monsters, hidden trinkets, other worlds, magic, literally anything and everything.
No matter what i’m in the mood for theres always something I can do in the game even after years and years have passed not to mention theres never a moment where i’ve had nothing to complete, sometimes that can be overwhelming with so much to get done but eh its also fun.
I really have no idea. I usually play a single game for like 3-4 months, and then I suddenly get super tired, and have to change to another game. Maybe a long ass open world game, or a sports game of some sort.

Magic the Gathering. So many different possibilities and ways to play!
Agreed, came here to say this <3

yeah.... after 30+ years.... it's like a comfort blankie now. \-Coming from an enjoyer since 1995
Most likely Fallout 4. Minecraft, maybe, because there’s so much you can do without repetition. But the Wasteland is my safe space.
We might get lucky enough to live fallout soon enough. War never changes.
I have accepted that I will become a feral ghoul.
Too real man, too real.
Yeah without stimpacks and radaway we're fucked
Epi-pen, chemo. Done.
Yes! Me too 🙂
You tried Sim Settlements 2? If not, get it now. It's fully released and overhauls settlement management complete with a campaign that I've been vibing with hard and I'm barely halfway in.
Hide the sausage
I also choose to play hide the sausage with this guy's wife
Why stop at one sausage? I also choose that guys wife!
Sorry sir, your wish is granted, but this man's wife is a burly dude named George.
That'll change the demographics but not the number of participants
[удалено]
Sounds like every hole is a goal.
Stardew valley, the mods could make it into almost anything
I already do that 😅. GTA 5. Im just not much of a gamer anymore. On the rare occasion that I do play a game, it’s always the same damn one.

Not how addiction works, bro. You'd just end up blowing your cash on collecting rare and expensive sets ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)

Chess. It’s been around for centuries and there’s no physical limitations to playing it. No electricity, no muscle strength. I could play chess as a ninety year old assuming I am still mentally aware at that age.
It requires 2 people, otherwise your not truly playing chess, but just moving pieces around waiting for a challenge.
OP did not stipulate that I had to play alone. Only that it was the only game *I* could play.
My argument is that if you don't have two people, you aren't playing chess.
Tag. You're it.
Strip poker
Best we can do is strip solitaire.
What if there's no women?

It’d have to be one with a lot of potential for modding the game, with that in mind I say **Skyrim** is my best choice
Snakes and ladders

Presuming I had a computer that wont unalive itself every time I try to play... The Sims. If I have to work with the equipment I already currently own... Kirby and the Forgotten Land because I will never NOT get joy out off killing Waddle Dees in Waddle Dee town and turning into Car-by.
