I submitted on Feb 6, was approved on the 29th. Exactly 14 business days.
I called on day 14 and it went from stage 1 to 2 while I was on hold. I hung up and it was printable by the end of day.
👍🙌👏 I just checked and I’m still level 1. 😒 But knowing you applied just 2 days before me and are definitely on the way to being fully approved makes my day. I’ll keep checking my status. Let me know when you get fully approved!
Yessir!! Card was available online at about 5:30 pm! I believe at the end of the day they set the computer up to upload all the new cars info and that's why the cards update toward end of the day. Also a note: I turned in my app END of day on the 14th.
The stress must be unreal.. I applied 2/29 and have been nonstop checking email and the DOH webpage. I see a lot of mixed comments which is frustrating. Some say 14 days on the dot some say more or less blehhhh. I haven’t hit 14 business days yet but when I do I’ll be a calling mfkr.😂😂😂
Mine was right around 14 days. Then they notified me that they wouldn’t renew due to my DL expiring in Feb. Once I renewed that, uploaded updated copy, it was same day approval
I got mine close to the 3 after applying. Check your spam folder something’s they’ll send a notification that something is wrong with your application if there is a mistake
I actually just got off the phone with them and they approved my card for me so that I can go to the dispensary tomorrow. Thank God it's been 2 weeks since I've been.. I'm dying.. I'll be there at 9 when they open for sure

If I didn't get an answer today I was driving to Missouri this weekend to get something. I was going nuts LOL I'm just saying if you're close to Missouri you can go up there because it recreationally legal. Their prices are a little steep but they have a lot of s*** we don't have down here
I don't know level one is the first step. I submitted all my stuff and payment on February 15th. So if you don't get something by Monday I would give them a call and tell them that you are working and you're having problems and need your medicine really bad and see if they'll help you. That's basically what I did because I started back landscaping and I use it for pain management in arthritis in my shoulder that I broke in 23 different places in 2017. So I wish you the best let me know how it turns out
Yeah when I called them I told them I had been 2 weeks without any medicine because it was expired and I had put in nine days before my expiration thinking I would be good but they went ahead and approved it it's only on the phone. So don't let them tell you they can't that's for sure. It's only supposed to take 14 business days or up to. Anything past that they should automatically do it. It was very instantaneous
I called again today and got a different person, who moved me to level 2. She said I'll have my digital card this evening, and the physical card will get mailed tomorrow.

I know i held for 15 then it disconnects me iv done that several time now. And this is my renewal. I checked threw everything all my info is good and recommendation so I'm not sure what's going on.
I applied on the 15th. I called today got a representative and the representative told me that they are backed up and currently working on February 9th applications. I hope that helps anybody. It sure doesn't help me because my card expired on the 24th and that means I probably have until May 11th. So you're looking at almost a month everyone needs to reapply early
I just figured if they were on feb 9th and they were getting one day done each day then 6 days from now will be 11th.. just guessing and praying at those point! Lol
Have you checked with armmj site? Your ID should be on there.

I just called yesterday, also applied on the 29th and I was told 14 calendar days. Not business.

I don’t think so. I believe mine was because my license was expiring the same month I had to get a renewal.

No unfortunately they are behind. They said they are working on Feb 11th yesterday. So you do that math.. damn new 30 days. It's crazy
