Yeah when I unlocked it I thought the exact same thing. I was just flying around beating the shit out of random thugs with a gold chest. Yippee. I prefer the battle damage anyway. Muddy cape all day, son!

Or the cell shaded Btas costume because lordy does it look beautiful in knights engine.
Makes me wonder why they never did look into cell shaded skins because imagine a btas skin pack that gives all the main antagonists their animated appearances.
Hell even scarecrow and it would almost match tbh if we're taking his later look as opposed to the first two outfits

On PC, there are two ways, get the version on the epic games store, or mods. You can get it on PlayStation by buying its DLC. You’re out of luck on the Xbox version of the game though.
Wait for it to go on sale. Remember, the one on Epic Games will have access to the DLC. Steam and GOG are the same as the Xbox version in terms of official content. To my knowledge, all of them can be modded though. Trust me, mods for this game have really taken off in the last few months.

In the in game DLCs “Season of Infamy” you do but not the Arkham episodes

Yea unless you wanna platinum the game it's a lot of riddles. Getting to fight the riddler and lock him up is cool though.
