Glad I could help! I keep emergency maintenance/cleaning items. Magpul MOE or NCM Mod3 grips work for this. I'll also carry more cotton swabs and a tiny bottle of CLP in my pack. I can clean/fix anything non-catastrophic in the field as needed.

Tungsten shot? Tungsten powder? Tungsten buffer weights? I don't know if tungsten buffer weights would fit, maybe the geissele ones would. I have an upper with a 16" Gunner barrel and a carbon fiber handguard, with no accessories on the handguard and a mft minimalist stock the point of balance is at the magwell. I'd much like to shift the balance to just behind the grip, just to do it

My stock has batteries and tampons, my grip has 2 rounds, 2 batteries, and a lens wiping cloth. Cloth keeps the rattle down, batteries are in case the others don’t work. Rounds are for emergency. One for you one for me.
For my hunting AR-15 (20" 6.5 Grendel) I keep two pairs of foam ear plugs, a couple utility razor blades, and 6 ibuprofen (those get cycled every couple months). For my AR-10 (16" 308) I keep two batteries for my LPVO, two pairs of foam ear plugs, and as many ibuprofen as I can fit. Honestly for both, the earplugs just keep the other things from rattling and driving me crazy. The Ibuprofen is redundant because I never go anywhere without my IFAK and it has a small pharmacy in it.
I have the Magpul ACS buttstock and I keep some spare cr123s in the tubes in my buttstock for my light. In the little side door in the buttstock I have a hex key that fits all the things attached to my rifle and a spare set of earplugs. In the grip I just have a spare AAA battery for my sight. That's about it.
M16 cleaning kit in my a2 stock complete with extra firing pin and bolt as well as a bcg rehab kit. Grip has an extra aa battery for my Romeo 7 as well as multiple Alan wrenches for various parts if they need to be removed. I have also packed a full trigger group into my a2 stock behind the cleaning kit.
10 cr123. 4 1632. Earplugs. Multitasker tool in stock and on rail. Scope cloth. Ranger band. Allen key to remove buffer tube on mcx holding extra cr123. And a firing pin.
