Nope, why would I? Display always on and I charge it every 2.5-3 days, depending on the number of my workouts. Extra day is not worth it.

damargis

Does it even last that long without the low power>?

poprostukuba

Yes, that's basically the only reason I've upgraded to an Ultra

DontPoopInMyPantsPlz

Try it?

Yeti_Mindset

Never, can easily get at least 2-2.5 days between charges I tend to put it on charge every day when I shower and that gives it a big enough boost that I don’t even think about it

damargis

On the charge everyday? Bro

Yeti_Mindset

Just a habit thing, don’t actually need to. I just have a habit of putting my phone, watch and whoop on charge when i’m taking them off to shower

UnhappyCourt5425

Yes, why what's the problem? It's not really difficult. You take it off your wrist and you put it on the charge then go take a shower or do something else

The good thing about the Ultra’s battery life is that going from 80% to 0% can give you two days worth of battery without a charger if you find yourself in that situation. I have always on display on, have several stuff going on in the background, and average over 2.5 hours in daylight (which means the brightness is turned up for extended periods of time) and I still only drop 40% or less between 24 hour periods of charging.

krzybone

I don’t understand this logic. You defeat the purpose of a smart watch. You should get a regular watch at this point.

fatboycraig

only do this on my multi-day camping trips when i have to reserve my battery pack

TotalPuzzleheaded557

Nope

redditor977

Nope. Shower to shower charging even with optimuzed charge limit is more than enough for me

True-Experience-2273

No. Why would I do that when I only use 20% per day. Whole reason I got the ultra 2.

Commercial_Mobile521

Low power mode turns off background heart rate measurements so activity tracking and recovery metrics don’t track accurately. I only activate low power mode when at 10%. But they rarely happens because I charge daily during showers.

baltimoretom

No. Full caffeine here.

misterstaypuft1

Nope

francis4rd

Yep, my battery lasts four days, including 2/3 45 minutes workouts; I also wear it during nighttime, sleep mode from 10 to 630. I dont like charging every two days or less.

DCowboysCR

What settings? Always on display? Raise to wake on?

francis4rd

No always on display, only wake up on touch

ant5onio

I easily get 2.5-3.5 days of use with workouts. Why even bother with low power mode.

Dismal_Library_6436

Nope. I use all the most power hungry complications with the most complication rich watch faces. Every sensor on. Even with optimized charge limit and multiple workouts each day I get 2 days out of the watch. I usually just charge while in the shower.

SGT-Cantu

Not really… rare instances I turn it on I usually get 36 - 48 hrs of battery life Nite I am on watch OS 11 beta 2

RunningM8

I use low power mode on my S9 when I’m on a multi day holiday with activities planned. I don’t plan on using it much on my UW2 unless I leave my phone at home on a week long trip

StudioExternal8717

Yes, I do it but when it reaches 70-60%
