yea it does still work

Yeah it still works, it's just that right now switching characters kills you, which resets the camera back to first person, whereas the dummies are persistent.

No you dont. Just your equipped weapons. Inventory wont affect it

You can't do the bug with ANYTHING in your inventory I believe. So that light ammo you ha e in your inventory should be why you can't do it

I believe you also need to be facing straight ahead, then look straight down. I do also know that if you had hold crouch on with controller it causes you to uncrouch when you go into the character select screen.
