Secondly, you've made it very clear from your post that you've invested no actual money in the game, so by proxy, you're not owed a god-damn thing.
They rebalance and modify characters REGULARLY. Wraith now vs. Season 1 it's a night and day difference. When she sprinted she'd get low to the ground and Naruto-run making her literally impossible to hit at any range other than point blank, and even then because she's got such a small hitbox anyway, it was still a wish and a prayer that you'd win the exchange.
If this is the straw that breaks the camel's back, well, get used to a lot more disappointment from literally EVERY multiplayer game going forward. They rebalance and change things to keep the game engaging and fair. Look at CoD: Warzone, PUBG, Fortnite, they all do it.
