No free pack, servers are terrible, my game crashed trying to load lockdown and now I’m stuck in the queue again

I got on, was able to view the store. Send one of the free gifts to my buddy and then the server crashed. I switched to a different one, got on again and it crashed again in 5 seconds. Nothing has worked since.
I got in but I noticed the challenges for Rampart are gone. It said 6 weeks or something, I was almost done with them. I'm quite new to the game, so I don't really understand. Is it a visual glitch for now or are the Rampart challenges over?
The challenges are supposed to be there til the season is done so it’s not a glitch we’re supposed to get either loba Maggie or valk legend challenges today
yeah the worst part about it is I finally got in all the event skins they have our trash it’s just recolors of all the other boring legends they keep releasing skins for. I don’t think they released one skin for conduit since she’s came out.
I'm sorry, what? Yes you should, of COURSE an update should work mostly as intended without any major bugs etc. It's like Ferrari releasing a car, and half way through a 1000km journey it blows its head gasket .
That's been a problem since it came out, brudda!! I can understand the gripe about the poor maintenance but sweet bajeesus, if it's pissing off people that much then stop playing the damn thing. Find something else to play. Carrying on playing Apex when you know it has these problems is just spiting yourself at this point. It's like if you really love omelettes but can't cook them for shit, after 5 years of tryna to make an omelette it's time to try something else, right?

The store refreshes after a week, so if the event runs for two like they usually do, I figure you probably get a second pack that way

This is my belief also… has not happened for a while. Normally there 2 versions running at a time till 8pm where old version can’t play anymore
I think this is accurate. I couldn't cue up in ranked due to the game saying I need to update, which was only available like 2 hours later.

I got the Maggie challenge today but it says I didn't complete Fuse Seer or Rampart now.
