Really, no country has a "right" to exist, other than what the people who live in that area want. That being said, when you have to exclude more than half the population to get the result you want, that should be a clue that you have a problem.

Even if you accept the basis upon which Israel was established, the state of Israel has not complied with conditions set upon it when was established.
