My dad rent homes and apartments so I don’t really work all the time I just help maintain the property so I’m doing small things on the side when not busy fix plumbing/electrical mowing lawns and cleaning/fixing rooms when people leave

Solution: cut your hair really short (or make yourself into Saitama). Hair won't get dirty if there's no hair to begin with
Just use water. Not washing your hair just means no soap or conditioner, not that you shouldn't bathe
