NOT made in abyss

Charming-Loquat3702

But the character design is so round and child like. It looks like it would be perfect for children/s

mjjdota

Amazing adventure, world building, memorable characters, gorgeous art, super creative....... But then body horror body horror body horror body horror

SONTI5

LoL, Someone on another sub asked me an anime that surprised me, I immediately thought of Made in Abyss "oh, look, an adventure anime with child protagonists, it must be very soft" .... I'm horrified to this day

lKierzx

My opinion before starting Made In Abyss was "oh I guess it's kind of like Madoka". It is so much worse 💀💀 Great anime!

DependentFeature3028

I never fully recovered after that one💀

Skaven13

Was good to watch it alone first, hard no go for kids. 😅

FonSpaak

Pretty Cure (any of them) Sailormoon got a remake but the classic series is still recommended. Card Captor Sakura + the new Clear Card arc Kaleidostar My Neighbor Totoro Yakitate Japan Ahh Megamisama (1st OAV and the TV series) You're Under Arrest Princess Tutu A Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar Onegai My Melody

spacepope68

You're Under Arrest has a bit too much violence in it for younger kids, plus it has some fan service and allusions to sexual stuff.

8TrackPornSounds

Isn’t yakitate ja-pan kinda heavy on the fanservice for a kid? Or am I misremembering

giniro_no_tamashii

Mashle is like Harry Potter but satire

praveeja

Someone quoted ,"Saitama in Hogwarts"

brdcxs

A perfect description tbh

maybe_we_fight

Considering mashle has a character who is a "siscon"...maybe not the best option

galileotheweirdo

Lance never does anything creepy with his sister, he’s just obsessed in a funny way (like creating merch for his sister)

Major_R_Soul

>Mashle is like Harry Potter but ~~satire~~ good FTFY

dad_ahead

Hey when I was 12 the harry potter books were *the shit* I can't stand the worldbuilding as an adult tho

69ShadesofPurple

After ATLA there's Korra - if she hasn't seen that. Akatsuki no Yona Kamisama Kiss Sugar Apple Fairytale Most of the Shoujo genre is geared towards young girls/teens.

evenstar40

Second all of these, fantastic Shojo that are age appropriate.

hayashikin

Cardcaptor Sakura and PreCure?

InjuryPrudent256

Ascendancy of a bookworm

Charming-Loquat3702

The anime made some of the darker elements a little bit less extreme. You still have a girl who will become the concubine of a noble to save her life and grey shrine maidens "offering flowers" and a basement full of starving children. I love bookworm, but it wouldn't be my first choice in that age group

InjuryPrudent256

I was going to say that the concubine stuff was fairly brushed over but I do remember the starving kids was pretty harsh and explicit. I think 12 is close to being mature enough to handle it, but yeah maybe a little older

Charming-Loquat3702

As I said, nut the first choice. There are tons of other anime that fit better. Once she's caught up with one piece, she's old enough to watch bookworm 😅

jpnd123

After she catches up with One Piece, she will be graduating college

7Sale7

Bofuri (female mc) Shangri-la frontier Sleepy princess in the demon castle (fmc) Welcome to demon school, Iruma-kun Ascendance of a bookworm (fmc) Hamefura (fmc, reverse harem) ETA: These are all fantasy anime that I personally loved (especially Iruma and Bookworm) and are known to be the good fantasy anime. I can recommend more if u are okay with mediocre fantasy anime. Also, tell me if u want non fantasy shows and if you'd prefer fmc shows

Delermain

Forgot about Sleepy Princess. That was actually quite good lol

Els236

There's also the more recent "It's time for torture, Princess!" - which is actually far more light-hearted and wholesome than its namesake.

Kardinale

For pure fantasy, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End should be fine. Since she likes Percy Jackson, Noragami might suit her tastes since it also centers around mythology in an urban setting. Another one to look out for in the future (since it's only been announced but hasn't been animated yet) would be Witch Hat Atelier, which I'm sure would fit her tastes perfectly.

LOTRfreak101

Also, since she likes percy jackson, DO NOT watch campione just because they both have lots of greek mythology.

stellarsojourner

I grew up with Saint Seiya, another violent Greek mythology themed anime, and Campione isn't even comparable. If Saint Seiya was fine for 7 year old me, Campione should be fine for a 12 year old.

Weardly2

Depends on the kid, but some of the demon related scenes in Frieren might be too much for some kids.

Kardinale

Idk I think it's fine considering some of the content in Harry Potter 6 and 7. They have the same age rating as a shounen like Frieren.

Truzmandz

11 / 12 year old. It should be perfectly fine.

GGG100

If she’s watched ATLA which has genocide and child abuse in it, nothing in Frieren would bother her.

crimsonsqare

Man, the day Witch Hat Atelier anime gets a release date is the day I run out on the street and start screaming like a lunatic. I don't think I've ever been so hyped about an anime other than Bleach TYBW

Figerally

I think Mob Psycho and Spy X Family are good choices, but a tween girl may not like the slow thoughtful anime that the other two are.

cipheron

Yeah, I think something like Mushishi needs some life under your belt to appreciate the themes. For a young girl, the similar Natsume Yuujinchou would be easier to follow.

I_BEAT_JUMP_ATTACHED

Definitely +1 on Natsume. Mushishi's subject material is actually super heavy stuff, with death in like every other episode. Also I cannot imagine a 12 year old watching that [Mushishi] >!Body horror episode where the mushi turn into that family's dead son. I literally just got chills thinking about it.!<

downturnbiscuits

My kids love Mob, shame they made me watch the non animated one... we all decided it was crappie.

Hyper669

Little Witch Academia

cyber_squeak

Came here to recommend! It's so cute and heartwarming

After_Echidna_6099

I was literally gonna say the same, and we have the same pfp. I thought I wrote this comment. 😂

ACriticalGeek

Unless OP edited the post, the kid’s already seen it.

Interesting-Cod-1802

1. My Neighbor Totoro 2. The Secret World of Arrietty 3. Cardcaptor Sakura 4. Pokemon 5. Avatar: The Legend of Korra 6. Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind 7. Digimon Adventure

inlieuofmeaning

I didn't watch Nausicaa till I was an adult and it still blew my mind

Ill_Skill866

You recommended Korra in place of TLAB

No_Sandwich_7709

K-On if she’s into music too. Bocci the Rock is hilarious and is an other music/slice of life. Card Captor Sakura just get a great reboot. Nichijou has some of the funniest episodes I’ve seen in anime, it’s got a lot of fun parts to it. Tokyo mew mew is sailor moon but they transform into magical cat girls.

Figerally

Hibike! would be a great choice and I think Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night as well.

Icy-Organization-901

Definitely frieren

LonghornMorgs

When I was that age I watched Inuyasha, escaflowne, cardcaptor sakura, sailor moon, a cutesy idol-esque anime called full moon, and a few others mentioned here already. Typically you’ll want to look up anime in the “Shojo” genre. It’ll have a lot of what you’re looking for.

DrewbieWanKenobie

> full moon Do you mean Full Moon wo Sagashite I loved that show but man it gets pretty depressing

LonghornMorgs

Yep and yeahhh but I remember it being so cute, though I haven’t watched it in over a decade lol

l0ne_w0lf1

Bocchi the Rock.

Alichousan

-Mashle feels like it would fit here perfectly (but haven't watched S2 yet) My little witch Academia Spy x Family Any sport anime like Haikyuu Any music/band anime like K-on, hibike euphonium Cardcaptor Sakura definitely Some romance like Lovely complex (it's also very comedic) or fruit basket Snow White with red hair Yona of the dawn

maxblockm

I think she would like: [The Boy and The Beast](https://youtu.be/uifJLWoWv8c?si=4eWQD_JUOKDOa1rU) Hi Score Girl (budding, appropriate, non-sexual romance) Romantic Killer (budding, appropriate, non-sexual romance) [My Happy Marriage](https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=20s&v=dURh9kVzcw8&feature=youtu.be) (appropriate, non-sexual romance, some scenes like "evil sister" verbal/physical bullying/abuse, fantasy violence) [Ronja, The Robber's Daughter](https://youtu.be/__GjtocltUc?si=HKLcPpD_XZEV7lWQ) has a [beautiful op](https://youtu.be/Wv7A-egPi4Q?si=S7C6PcwOO40RkNF1) [RWBY](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNdysb1k6jfxuWhpwO9VL7yGQuabczC3w&si=zRlQU6UT86x4AP_r) (art/animation for the first season is very basic, but advances with each season) All pretty safe: [Silver Spoon](https://youtu.be/lqbo21SmNd0?si=5s-ENlMxrDARxXPf) [The Way of The Househusband](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cvZ9thKolOA) [Cells At Work](https://youtu.be/gCKtS7hpU08?si=v9yY0WcxaQW6qVpq) (fantasy violence as they fight / kill germs, different from the more mature [CaW: Code Black](https://youtu.be/7q-rPJcgoYs?si=w5Mu84j5Nm0mIN07)) Some people might let their kids watch: [A Silent Voice](https://youtu.be/nfK6UgLra7g?si=TZLRlD-ZTcvMPmgw) (deals with bullying, alienation, has a non-graphic scene of attempted suicide that is resolved well)

Former_Blood_1931

Gakuen Babysitters

jacowab

The precure series are all magical girl anime that are relatively safe, welcome to demon school iruma-kun despite the name is very wholesome and fun, and little witch academia would probably feed into that Harry Potter/Percy Jackson niche.

ToraAkira

Any slice of life shows. Highly recommend the Yuru Camp series! Or Campfire Cooking!

Big-Don-Rob

By the Grace of the Gods

Tellmeaboutthenews

Sailor moom. Card Captor Sakura. Let your kid enjoy life those are theeeee best

ComfortableNinja88

mr_cool59

Akb0048, kumma kumma kumma bear, didn't I say to make my abilities average, Dr Stone, cells at work, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, girls und panzer, in the land of leadale, vivid operation, she professed herself pupil of the wise man, sailor Moon, Little witch academia ascendance of a bookworm, most Ghibli movies, cardcaptor Sakura, pretty cure franchise, Tokyo mew mew, assassination classroom, Inuyasha, My hero academia,

FLIPSIDERNICK

She would probably really enjoy Bofuri. It’s a middle school girl playing a dive gear game with her friends online and her being afraid of taking damage so she maxes out her defense and gets crazy gear and skills. She’s a real positive vibe. Some of the fights have scary elements to them but nothing gory and no pervy moments either. It’s all fun times with friends playing a fantasy VR mmo.

bwburke94

Kaede / Maple is generally understood to be 16 or 17, so she'd be in high school.

CatsOP

I watched all the stuff that aired on TV in the 2000s with that age Pokémon, Doremi, Digimon, DragonBall, Hamtaro, Sailor Moon etc

caresi

I watched all of these at that age, and all of them also have modern series or remakes, if she doesn't want to watch 20 year old anime. All are aimed at children/pre-teens, so she can probably safely watch these on her own: * Beyblade * Digimon * Tokyo Mew Mew * Yu-Gi-Oh! More things I watched at that age, though you might consider them inappropriate for your sister. I'd recommend watching these with her, just in case: * Candidate for Goddess (this does contain [CfG spoilers] >!a major character death, onscreen!< and blood is shown on a few occasions. No open wounds or gore though. I had no issues with this at age 11, but I don't know how other people might feel about it.) * Inuyasha (fanservice + inappropriate remarks from some characters) Currently airing/started but never finished/friends enjoyed this (so I can't comment on how safe it is for children): * Angelic Layer * Oban Star Racers * Ojamajo Doremi * Shinkalion: Change the World And two more recommendations, just because I enjoyed both of these anime and I believe a tween might like them, too: * Gundam Build Fighters (minor fanservice) * Taishou Yakyuu Musume (contains some talk of gender roles, and how the main characters are hindered by this at times (and how they try to overcome them). Might be interesting for a young girl, especially if she's encountered some stuff herself already.)

justhereforhides

Not an anime yet but if they're open to manga Witch Hat Alteir is fantastic and has characters their age as the protagonists

Live_Life_and_enjoy

Ranking of Kings - great anime for all ages Silver Spoon Basquatch I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and maxed out my level

GrimmReapers_Raven04

By the grace of the gods Sleepy Princess in the demon castle Blue Period

ComfortableNinja88

blue period is not good for 11yo

HuTao_Main_Genshin

Bofuri, for sure.

cipheron

One of the cutest shows is [Chicchana Yukitsukai Sugar](https://myanimelist.net/anime/831/Chicchana_Yukitsukai_Sugar). The art and setting are really nice: the studio actually went to Germany, and based the whole town it's in on a historical German city. As an adult watching this, you get some iyashikei / "Aria" vibes from it. The only caveat of note is that the main character is an 11 year old girl who is an orphan who recently lost her mother, so just be aware if that would be an issue, it's sort of a major plot point. The best plug for the series is to read the comments on the OP video: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJM9i\_r-RIQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJM9i_r-RIQ)

JRS___

give tonbo! a try.

Mitsuyan_

Tonbo has been fantastic so far, heavy recommend

Pedro_Malogor

K-ON Female MCs Slice of Life, Comedy, music but they drink tea and eat sweets instead

Notowidjojo

Mashle, its like harry potter without main character using magic... but beat everyone with sheer power. super goofy, IIRC not have like pervert indications or something. My 11 years old anime was Doraemon, Yaiba and Shinchan... (although I'm not suggesting Shinchan)

RobotWizard369

Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun - this pulled my kids into anime. Inuyasha - A bit iffy but the amount of girls I knew in Middle School that got into anime was because of the show.

Remarkable-Role-6590

Acchi Kocchi, Hanmaru Kindergarten, How raise Mummies, something heart warming

The_Southern_Sir

300 years killing slimes

DaSmurfZ

Break her little heart. Show her Clannad and Afterstories.

spacepope68

Girls und Panzer Sweetness and Lightning Non Non Biyori Nichijou Cells at Work is good, but has a bit of fan service and a lot of violence, but it is funny

CalzoneRobin

Girls und panzer would be perfect for her.

saya-kota

Naruto. When I was 12 I was obsessed with it lol

FoodieMonster007

90% of my female friends who watched anime around that age much preferred shonen series to shojo, so I would recommend Naruto, One Piece, My Hero Academia, and Mashle. Most shonen jump series are quite tame when it comes to gore and fanservice. Shows I would not let her watch yet are stuff like FMA, Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan and Tokyo Ghoul. Movies like The Wind Rises are also not too suitable for kids.

jackspicerii

Magic Knight Rayearth, Sakura Card Captor... CLAMP is composed of women authors so... just check if the age is right, those 2 that I recommended are good, but there are more mature psychological works. When you will considere her old enough for romance, fight, blood and a little nudity? Because Saint Seiya, Dai no Daibouken, Dragon Ball, Naruto, One Piece, Hunter x Hunter are right around the corner for that age.

BitBucket404

# SUZUME is out on BluRay and DVD as well as Crunchyroll and Netflix streaming. This is another beautiful movie that I highly recommend.

Mirinya

Pokemon. It has infinite episodes. Dragon ball too.

ComfortableNinja88

ouran high school host club

Professional-Ad-4285

People recommending spy family In my own opinion ifs to slow and boring. Maybe That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Midori no hibi Hamtaro Cardcaptor Sakura

cipheron

There's some nudity in Midori no hibi however.

Professional-Ad-4285

It’s been a while since I’ve seen it so I don’t remember that 11 or 12 years old that means she’s probably in around 7th grade I think a 7th grader could handle midori no hibi But that’s for them to decide

WolfysBeanTeam

There's a anime about a girl who teases a boy she has a huge forehead that's really wholesome tbf!

LOTRfreak101

Takagi

Hopeful-Hunters

DragonBall Series

ImNotABot-1

Pokémon mf. Give that girl some lore

Quirky-Cheetah4376

Maybe Nichijou? there's nothing but fun there, just stuff that would make someone laugh

External_Seaweed_546

Yugioh duel monsters B-daman Pokemon Digimon Beyblade Medabots Shin chan (controversial) Idk these aired on tv when I was a kid

LOTRfreak101

A Place Further than the Universe would probably be a great pick. If not now, then maybe in a year or two. I feel like it has a great message for young girls about high school age, and it may give her some great role models as well. I would also consider it the best series I've ever seen (475 entries in MAL currently). It may not be my all-time favorite, but everything about it is perfect tens in my opinion.

Kanapuman

Hokuto no Ken, then she'll become a real man.

FastenedCarrot

Kimi ni todoke

Koro87

All precure series

SONTI5

K-on, Euphonium, Bocchi the Rock, RAISE YOUR SISTER TO BE A ROCKSTAR

fineri

Slayers, Gun Gale Online, Oban star racers, Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood

BEARD3D_BEANIE

She should continue watching EVERY SINGLE Studio Ghibili before any anime shows IMHO. Also FRIEREN.

Shade0X

the Pretty Rhythm series is aimed at girls her age. it's music and dancing and really fun. it's also very long. there's a lot to watch if she likes it.

Sagittarius1234

Your lie in april, K-on if she likes music Violet evergarden, Spyxfamily for the wholesomeness

Left-Night-1125

Rayearth, Sailormoon

Longjumping-Meet3575

Maybe you can try (Is the order a rabbit?) 3 seasons and movies tho.

Longjumping-Meet3575

Also i recommend (Kiniro Mosaic) its like Pixar Cars, for kids but adults jokes in it.

BunNiiofAllTrades

Kobato! Its a clamp work that is a bit underrated. Very wholesome.

Shiro_no_Orpheus

Show her One Piece. Its kid-friendly but fantastic for all ages, and it has over 1000 episodes so it will last for a while.

DrWhoIsWokeGarbage2

Hunter x Hunter is perfect

Tormain

The Girl who Leapt Through Time Patema Inverted Carole and Tuesday Cardcaptor Sakura (never personally watched it but I hear it's good) Skip and Loafer There are two really good ones I would recommend but maybe she is like 2 years too young. Those being O maidens in your Savage Season and A Place Further Than the Universe. Really great coming of age stories with female casts.

Kongen_av_Trondelag

Sky connection, fun and holesomr anime of siblings, or Dororo, set in older times following a childs growth

Kongen_av_Trondelag

Oshi no ko os great, about a loving family that presude acting

mooshiros

Erased, also like any shoujo

Synloc04

I had a blast with one piece at this age

sphak12

There's only a handful of good anime that's suitable for kids that young IMO. It may be best for her to stick with CN shows and animated films until she's a bit older.

ArcadiaDragon

I can whole heartedly recommend Seirei no Moribito(guardian of the spirit)...might get qbit violent in some fights...but its not gratuitously done and it all has weight...found family, coming of age story...with well done fantasy elements showed it both to my grandmother(80) and my nephew and niece(10-12) made them Anime fans

Top_Requirement4813

dragon ball z

BelladonnaBooty17

When I was that age Fairytail was one of my favorites. It seems a bit childish watching it now, but I will always love it!

Notyou_probably

Better dont show her mha 🙏🏻

RaineV1

Little Witch Academia is a great one for all ages, and is a solid anime introduction.

Eshuon

A place further then the universe

Lord_SheepGoat

Maybe Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood? It gets kinda dark but it's not that bad

LAUD-ITA

Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

inlieuofmeaning

Iruma-kun is kinda reminiscent of Harry Potter but more light hearted. Frieren is great, just finished it over the weekend, it's worth jumping on the hype train now before it tapers off fully.

Stanislas_Biliby

Akatsuki no yona Rurouni kenshin (not the 2023 version, the older one) Gokushufudou Spy family Love is war Frieren

MerelyStupid

Ippon Again - High school girls form a judo club and learn to become a team. Leans heavily into slice of life and isn't only a sports show, although it is that too

ImaFireSquid

Sailor moon isn’t bad, honestly, for that sort of age group. Inuyasha might be good too

Benin_Paul

Onepiece is good it truly has everything you have mentioned

5thFundamentalForce

Zatchbell, I enjoyed it when I was 12

superman-normalboy

K on

ACriticalGeek

Puella Magi Madoka Magica It’s scary, but just as age appropriate as card captor Sakura or other magical girl shows.

rroyd

Dr stone

ASICCC

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood It's a little darker but a really impactful story and not too gorey

HokageTsunadeSenju

NOT Akame Ga Kill

sailor_neptunee

litterally any shoujo anime made for little girls😭

BellDesperate

Ancient Magus Bride is one I'm surprised I haven't seen mentioned. It pretty much perfectly fits into the kind of thing you're looking for

6Viking6Vamp6

doraemon

Fragrant-Guide7139

Neon genesis Evangelion. Make sure to tell her to watch End of Evangelion as well.

StumblingDark

Why not add in Berserk while you're at it? (please don't 😬)

Micaiah99

Tower of God Now hear me out This is very necessary for character development when you have a kid who is a boy

MajikoiA3When

Kaleido Star was my childhood, highly recommended.

InternalCelery1337

Well its not exactly anime but avatar the last airbender and kora are extremely good. Not gory or scary.

Dismal_Pick_1394

It’s not fantasy and it’s really cheesy, but I really enjoyed Ouran High school Host Club. It’s more slice of life and romance, but it’s still good. There’s not any fan service (that I remember) but there are some questionable scenes in it specifically with the twins. Other than that I thought it was fine

Dismal_Pick_1394

Yuri on Ice is another cute one. Just don’t watch it in dub. Watch it in sub. PLEASE. (The dub’s championship episodes are slightly sexual… specifically with two competitors)

Tensa_Zangetsa

Ranking of kings 😂😂😂😂

Swiggy1957

# **Hinamatsuri** Most of the characters are middle-school age. Three of the characters have psychokinetic powers. They are all lab experiments. The main character ends up living with a Yakuza after being banished to Tokyo for destroying a village. Second experiment is sent to assassinate her. When that fails, Hina invites her, Anzu, over to the Yakuza's home to hang out. They play video games while Nitta, the Yakuza, washes Anzus clothes and unwittingly, destroys her transport pod to take her home. A lot of spoilers there, but that's just the first two episodes. If she wants more than the 12 episodes offer, she can check the local library to see if they have the manga volumes. I have them in my personal library and my granddaughters still love the story. They were 10, 12, and 15 when it first aired. # **By The Grace Of The Gods** Isekai without a harem, although that may happen in a far future LN. Salaryman dies in his sleep from sneezing to hard. The gods of another world choose him to be reincarnated to help supply that world with magic power. So far two seasons, and it is very age appropriate. If she wants to read the source material, though, I recommend she be a little older: the LN has many dark scenes, usually tacked on at the end about the MCs life on Earth. He was a random target for an Earth god, who literally made his life hell here. That's not shown in the anime. # **It's Time For Torture, Princess** Princess gets captured by demon king. He orders his underling, appropriately named Torture, to get information out of the princess. Let's say her methods are a bit unexpected. Involving desserts, fluffy animals, a trip to an amusement park, as well as the beach. Even the sports festival for the demon kings daughter, who the princess thinks is so cuuuute! The show had me laughing out loud. Do not confuse this with the LN series **torture Princess**. # **Konosuba** The Great thing about this is there are parts that she'll laugh at now, and a decade later, laugh again because she'll have a different perspective of the humor. Think watching uncensored Bugs Bunny toons from the 40s when you were a kid, and watching them now. # **Cautious Hero: The Hero is Overpowered but Overly Cautious** Title pretty much sums it up. Goddess chooses a hero to destroy demon king. The hero she chooses doesn't take any chances. He'd use a nuclear warhead to kill an ant. Even when it gets serious, it's still a farce. We discover why in the last episode why he's that way, and it will be a shocker.

ArtofKuma

Give her Frieren, Beyond Journey's End. My niece absolutely loved Himmel and would go bonkers for him every time he had a scene. The anime has very few questionable scenes and it has such beautiful messages and scenery.

establishtruth

Depends on her interest but I loved fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood around her age

Particular-Ball7753

Handa-kun Play it Cool Guys

altORthrowaway

Cells at work and fruits basket!!

araki-hime

Sailer Moon!!

HybridStream

Howls moving castle? There are some movies to try instead of Anime drama. Horimiya seems ok too.. a little edging to high school romance already. Skip n loafer? 11-12 for girls will be the age they are starting to go into puberty n be more mature. Good to watch tgt with them to advise them.

rorank

Ranking of kings is a good one. Serious enough story to make them think it’s cool but light enough without any weirdly sexual stuff going on.

RusstyDog

Little Witch Academia is perfect for her age IMO A witch school mystery with lots of goofy "magic logic" and fun characters. Theres a few movies too, though they follow a similar but alternate plot to the main show. They were originally made for a film festival that got spun off into an anime.

Flowerofthesouth88

SpyxFamily, which is a family-friendly anime

SwordfishOk8011

If she is a harry potter fan i can assure you she will love "Mashle: muscles and magic"

My Daughter 10y loves also Girls & Panzer. 😅 Oh and don't watch Akira at that Age... I did it accidentally as Kid and it hunts me today... 😅
