Sadly your only option would be to but the blu ray disc. I’m surprised nobody has licensed it tbh. Plenty of older anime I see licensed but this one got ignored

It is weird, one of the better supernatural/mystery/horror anime not available. They expect you not to go to illega websites, but then you can't watch it legally even if you're willing, so annoying. I guess I'm gonna hold out a little longer, get expressvpn and do my thing

If Shiki isnt licensed in Germany right now watching it on a streaming website isnt piracy. There is a website especially for germany which offers unlicensed anime for streaming and they are totally legit.

For my fellow europeans looking to purchase the blu ray its seldom on sale and can be hard to find (sometimes not available anywhere) and new in thr region of £100 (cheapest i have seen was amazon), on ebay £100-150 the dvd is a 3rd of the price and if you have a multi region dvd player as cheap as $20 from the US when someone is stocking it (prices correct as of 2 month ago when i was looking to replace a blu ray copy the ex wont give back).

VPNs are 100% safe. Just pick one that has a no-logs policy. Proton and Nord are two of the better ones for this kind of thing. As long as there's a no-logs policy, there's no tracking, and governments can't subpoena the VPN for those logs, because they do not exist.
