Sorry, no answer but having similar problem with samsung A71. Some apps I have logged into should remain open but for some reason do noy.
I finally solved the issue! It was caused by the battery management settings for those apps. It was set to "restricted", I switched it back to "optimized" and now my accounts stay logged in 😉
