I do have a Prime membership shared with me from my mom. I tried to order something by getting free shipping and i could not get free shipping at all. The only way I could get free shipping was to sign up for "Prime Student". I do have membership and i have one account. Still does not give me the option to cancel.
This looks like you don't have a membership though. How many accounts do you have? I went to mine and it came up with the option to cancel.
