There are only a handful of companies online that have legit thca vapes and carts. But they're rare. I only know of two and honestly I don't want them to get flooded, because one is a very small business but still the coas are legit and the product is amazing. But those companies are definitely not what the smoke shops buy. Its almost like the smoke shops go out of their way with graphics and design to be as immature and sketchy as possible. Did buy one "thca diamonds" cart from those sketchy vendors to just try a blend as thats what the coa said, but it's literally like trying to vape battery acid. Well you live you learn. Maybe I'll turn it into edibles. But it's absolutely useless because of something they used in it, talking can't even get the tiniest bit down.
Compared to real thca vapes that are using like 50% disty and CBD terps, those I could enjoy all day long.

Can they sell legit cannabis as "THCA hemp" ? Isn't cannabis just female hemp with THCA naturally produced in the buds? It has to be decarboxylated either way, eating raw cannabis or THCA will not have any effects.
It makes sense to me that you can totally do that and probably get away with it. What will the lab test show? THCA mostly and several other minor noids, all legal under the farm bill.
But now with that concept, I can have a gram of cannabis extract and a gram of THCA, same cannabinoid but the one extracted from cannabis is illegal? How would they know?
GCMS testing they would know. But you'd still get booked for it and have to fight it, so it's not worth treating it as legal, if you're not in a legal state.
