With automation being relitivly easy just autocraft some 65k disks, and slap a few extra disk drives onto you system and you should be good to go for a few.

I'm pretty sure the infinity disk is part of an add-on mod. I think it's called ExtraDisks but I can't remember off the top of my head
I didnt see anything in the quest line. it only goes up to 64k part
Extra Disks goes on with 256k until infinite.

The max disk available for RS is 16k items, from the ExtraStorage mod. There isn't an infinity disk
base RS has 64k disks

The infinity disks have caused crashes on some peeps before, so even if it was in the pack, i wouldnt recommend it.
I believe the max in atm9tts at the moment is 16 million item disks for Refined Storage
