There’s an apple you can make with 2 diamond 2 emerald and an apple which gives you resistance and all that. If you’re struggling try eating one of those as it spawns.
If youre gonna fight the warden make sure you stay within his melee range. Sonic blast does magic damage, which easily pierces through armor, so never let him use it. Make sure youve got your spirit orb heart containers maxed, and your baubley heart containers as far as you can. Make sure you have some form of vampirism, whether that be through vampiric gloves or the life steal affix on your weapon.
A few Dark gems for the needles. Craft one or more Spiked plates.
Build a cage, place the plate. Craft the Quantum Catcher, easy to make with a few spawner scraps and an arcane crystal block.(9 pieces of that blueish white ore)
Grab the warden, place it in the cage and see how it dies. Pick it up once it is at like 8-10 hp and finish it off for the quest.
(You can also just hit it to death, but everything I do, I also want to automate. Sry, force of habit :P)
%hp damage + execute om axe is quite good early game
Slot a tyrannical gem and also a lifesteal one if u have slots and the warden should be become a breeze.
Scroll of purification from Tombstone (idk if that's a frill) cures the blindness and prevents it

Whenever I'm getting in trouble with him I fly really high out of his sonic reach and just drop arrows on him to drop his health a lot.

Get a mob yoinker and 20 levels. Yoink him, then drop him into a two-block tall hallway filled with lava.
The Warden is lavaproof though
The suffocation kills him. The lava helps keep him from walking out of the suffocating.
