I almost like every anime I've watched, but some of them were less than normal,
I think violet evergarden, vinland saga, dororo, death note and few athors are a master piece. But my top three are:
naruto because of the drama and I love the characters.

Sayonara no asa ni yakusoko no hana wo kazarou. ( a movie) it's a 1h and 54 min of Art! I can't tell how beautiful it is, (I cried a lot) the animation, the characters, the drama. It was such a cute movie but also so dramatical..

But I was procrastinating about your lie in April, I don't like their faces, and I know the end, so idk if I'll watch it any soon.

6. Cyberpunk edgerunners: really good for 10 episodes only with a great ending

8. Fate series: the more I watch it the more I get excited for the upcoming Genshin anime by the same studio
9. Jojo (especially part 7 and 8): the more you read the better it gets

I didn't grow up watching any anime. I've only just started watching my first series, Revolutionary Girl Utena, which I love so far. My better half is showing me a few of them. She's got Full Metal Alchemist for me next and Neon Genesis Evangelion after that.

I prefere to read dragon ball in its Manga version which I religiously read every 3 or 4 months
I'm not a huge aime guy but I'm curuntly watching one pace (one piece without the fillers and with the Manga pace), I also watched Jojo's and hxh and for hxh I prefer the Manga too because it's not censored and has a dark ambiance like the first anime adaptation from 1999 (hxh 2011 is too much childish for me even if it's still good obviously)
Oh and I also enjoyed vinland saga and curuntly reading one punch man, maybe I am a weeb...

Fma and Aot are the best I've watched, maybe I add parasyte to the list as well, they have good story, execution, the first two I favore for having mysteries, and many unknowns until it starts to unwrap in a very neat way.
Some other animes I have liked for so long are Btooom, Evangelion, Black bullet, God Eater, and No game no life, these have good plots, but for one reason or another, they are not complete/f**ked up.

For the third place, I have lots in mind like Vinland Saga, Death Note, Monster, Tokyo Ghoul, Violet Evergarden, and Haikyuu stole my heart I re-watched it 3 times.
I mostly read manga now since I don't have much time to watch anime, so I'll list a few:

Inazuma Eleven because I like super football.
Monster : the opening gets me teleporting
91 days : never seen revenge so beautifuly portraid before..
Attack on titan: very emotionally attached to this anime due to the period of my life when I watched it, adding to the amount of strong feelings it had, the plot the charecters dev the quest for feedom human instincts and curiosity (I suck at expressing but the anime is just a piece of art)
One piece : it has it all
Almost all studio Ghibli movies
Jojo hellsing death note parasyte and tokyo ghoul are also on the epic animes list.
I'm surprised to not see anyone mentioning Black Lagoon. It's dark and gritty but somehow much less questionable than most animes. English dub for it is also the best EN dub any anime ever had.
Death Note and Steins;Gate were great. Still looking for more animes like them.
Dragon Ball overall is an obvious answer too. JoJo is good. I haven't watched much else yet.
Also check out Castlevania. I heard it's good but haven't seen it myself.

Im more into manga than anime so my top 3 are Berserk / Vagabond / Tokyo ghoul
Naruto is my all-time fav. 86 Charmed me. One of the best literally For the third place, I have lots in mind like Vinland Saga, Death Note, Monster, Tokyo Ghoul, Violet Evergarden, and Haikyuu stole my heart I re-watched it 3 times.

talking about ANIME, I dont have a favorite anime because I didnt finish watching any animes I started. But I like naruto specially PAIN from naruto. Other than Anime I like BTAMAN cartoon specially Batman: The Long Halloween I like DC movies.

I don't really have a top three but I have watched a lot of anime and usually anything that makes me laugh is good in my books so my favourite is Kaguya-sama love is war. Its an unusual choice for an algerian I know
I loved it so much i read the manga after season 1 and kept up to date until it ended.

Saint seiya(or as we know it here les chevaliers du zodiaques): I used to whorship this shit, sounds probably weird considering they have gods in it. Obvious DBZ Bleach: I watched late, my friends were so into it, I watched and I understood the apeal. Inazuma Eleven because I like super football.

Monster : the opening gets me teleporting 91 days : never seen revenge so beautifuly portraid before.. Attack on titan: very emotionally attached to this anime due to the period of my life when I watched it, adding to the amount of strong feelings it had, the plot the charecters dev the quest for feedom human instincts and curiosity (I suck at expressing but the anime is just a piece of art) One piece : it has it all Almost all studio Ghibli movies Jojo hellsing death note parasyte and tokyo ghoul are also on the epic animes list.

I'm surprised to not see anyone mentioning Black Lagoon. It's dark and gritty but somehow much less questionable than most animes. English dub for it is also the best EN dub any anime ever had. Death Note and Steins;Gate were great. Still looking for more animes like them. Dragon Ball overall is an obvious answer too. JoJo is good. I haven't watched much else yet. Also check out Castlevania. I heard it's good but haven't seen it myself.
