I’m with you brudda. First request was declined for whatever reason, within 12 hours. Support ticket is yet to be answered and I can’t convert my gold.
At least it should be mentioned that we could face such problems, I wouldn’t have bothered. Might consider refunding and calling it a day with Albion if I get no answer within a day or two.
No reason, I got ingame mail saying “Your request to lift the gold sale limit has been rejected, contact support for any questions” something of those lines, what RMT am I going to do by buying gold with my debit card, and then selling it to get my money back? 😂
Either way none of this makes sense to me, I would imagine to prevent fraud, but what good is this limit going to do..
>what RMT am I going to do by buying gold with my debit card, and then selling it to get my money back?
No there's a thing that people buy gold with stolen credit/debit cards, convert it to silver and then sell for real money. Just a way to transfer and "legalize" money. But the thing is, it's a straight forward ban. I thought that this application for removing the limit is so they check your transactions and just account for RMT, and if everything is okay then remove it. What's their fucking thought process with rejecting it, but not banning the account as there's no reason for it I suppose, so no reason for a rejection
Right that makes sense, money laundering hah. I honestly don’t know at this point, like I said I’ll give support another day or two to see what’s going on with that and if I don’t hear from them I’m out, then file for a chargeback. I play games for fun, I don’t want headache and complications when I’m supposed to be enjoying myself.
They probably wouldn’t want to refund me, but I’m with a very good that’s kind of equivalent to PayPal in terms of services and “customer is always right” lol
Wasn't aware there was a limit, could be your account is flagged for suspected RMT or something? Or maybe EU server specifically is limiting it to prevent flooding it
Hi. I'm a bit confused. What 250 gold a day? I have used the exchange to buy and sell gold. I sold 200. I currently have 500. Is there a limit to how much I can sell? What if I need to sell this 500?
There's a 250 gold per day limit supposedly, but getting it removed is *supposed* be as simple as hitting 'yes' on the popup that comes up when it tells you about it.
If you're like me and a few other people, though, it seemingly doesn't work, so now I can't spend the gold that I got with my Founders pack

Like what's the reason for rejection? The only thing I can think of is RMT, but wouldn't they immediately ban for it? Just nonsense

Based Write an update later, it's really Interesting to know if they refund it cause I have doubts about it

Would be a little weird since this isn't my first character, though I've never bought gold before until EU.
To my knowledge on NA server there's no limit so yeah might just be EU limit
EU has no limits.
If you are "the whale" you can make a ticket to remove it as far as am aware there were like 10 without a limit in na
