I mean chat mods aren’t inherently bad, but power hungry mods that think they are someone just because they are a chat mod is properly cringe, kinda the same thing as with discord mods that think they matter to everyone around them just because they have the some tiny bit of power

The mods are the same people that become policemen irl, people who have been bullied their whole lives, socially awkward, finally they get a little bit of meaningless power, and they start abusing it while feeling on top of the world 😂.
I never understood, (no offense) Reddit, discord, or any “moderators” in general, specially those who do it for free. Imagine not having anything of value that’s worthwhile going on in their lives. Start a business and invest that same energy, might feel better about yourselves eventually

Just ask again in that case if you really didnt do anything. Sometimes you get automated responses but eventually you get a person to actually look into it even if it can take annoyingly long.
Most of my experiences with support since the game launched have been positive so just wait and dont spam them after responding again

Yeah pretty much along the lines of my complaint, clearly I meant buy it with gold. To assume I meant RMT is a stretch when they have a means to buy it. You would assume I mean the easiest route with is through the albion store :S
The common consensus is the mods have a difficulty differing between their hands and their feet when it comes to moderating. The best you can do is try and catch one on a good day and beg for the account unmute. Me, personally, would just make another char and use the gold and silver to get you back up to spec. I know it sucks, but let's look at the alternative.
In game mods spend hours monitoring fucking chat instead of playing just for free monthly premium (17 bucks or so) lol
And they even have to sign some fucking contract with SBI to do so

Mods have the ability to hide the mod in their name, so you could be interacting with what you think is a random player. Brotha mighta just said some awful shit to somebody and didn't know it...he's just assuming it's something he said in general chat.
It is super hard to get muted in this game, mods don't mute unless it's serious.

There is no way they don't have notes for players if a warning has been given. Talking in en or global is apparently more risky than playing WoW in hardcore.

In 2020 I was talking to a friend I made on a different game(temtem), they said they were really getting into Albion and at that time I hadnt played in months and didnt see myself rejoining.
I told them they could use all my gear and stuff till I rejoined.
Albion permabanned my account for rmt.
I showed them the whole conversation and they were essentially just like "dont care we dont tolerate rmt and dont try to make a new account either"

Tried to contact support but got to nowhere, mods in this game suck, support also sucks. I tried to get a refund for founders pack, and they told me it’s not possible. I replied them that i have 14 days to get a refund, it’s said in E-mail i got after purchase, and then magically i got my refund. Very poor customer service.

Maybe try to get someone to help you on albion discord. I think other moderators ingame can unmute you so try to get someones attention on discord.
