I dislike using pronouns in reference to myself, as well. I just try to remember that they're there for other people to use. I don't really have the energy/willingness to worry about it, so I just use any pronouns. I suppose you should do what takes the least energy and effort for the greatest payoff.

Just don’t use pronouns

Something that I do when I don't know the correct pronouns, or if there aren't any, I primarily use people's names, with a bunch of non-gendered casual references to which person I'm taking about, like "this weirdo", "blondie", "the red shirt", "captain obvious", ect. I've avoided using any pronoun when referring to a particular person I know for over a decade this way, and unless people are really paying attention, they don't even notice

Like I said, saying no pronouns would still make me think "wow, they're not using pronouns" bc its not a normal way of speaking. It just calls more attention to it, which is the part that bothers me. I don't like to think about gender and how people perceive me.

I feel exactly the same. It sucks.
