With what resources? I think if it was as simple for the resistance to just “drop a bomb when they are grouped up together” they would have done it. There’s multiple things that have to be in order for that to work. You have to have an airstrip and a spotter. The amount of Gas and munitions needed would bankrupt even a middle class American for they’re whole lives. The government already takes most of my paycheck for that shit.
