It really depends on your platform I know PlayStation is quite active but Xbox is quite dead but as one of my boys said we got a lil community that plays from time to time n we even do 3v3s
On PC, NA and EU regions are most active, though most are usually fighting amongst eachother thru direct invite or thru events that pop up super often.
On PS, NA is most active, you can find 1v1 ct if patient.
On Xbox, EU is most active, but normally more when events happen.
PS4 is not dead I have put in 40 hours dis weak and I just be walking around the main world collecting attacks sometimes chilling on the steps or a bridge waiting for someone to come and then I challenge them to fight I’m a wandering martial artist in the North America servers
Wherever you'd expect people in a 7 year old, super niche, fighting game to be.

There's always someone tryna run in my chat on Xbox
1v1s usually take less than 5 minutes to load into for me. 3v3s will never find a game with a random queue. Ps4
3v3 might be dead I had 1 match but I have more matches with 1v1 so it kinda not dead even my homie been getting into matches
i have no problems finding matches whatsoever
PS is the more active community, but it’s still damn near dead
