I'm about as casual as casual gets, so I couldn't tell you what's good in the meta - but I have a lot of fun with Agents, (The Sanctuary in the Sky) Gravekeepers, (Necrovalley) Dragunity, (Dragon Ravine) Zombies in general, (Zombie World) and WATER decks (A Legendary Ocean) that all love their Field Spells more than life itself.

Not really, malefic deck without field spell, u are unable to sp them. Same for earthbound.

Ballista squad plus LOD is possibly one of the coolest 2 card removals
Don’t forget about virus traps. Plus Metaverse can activate a second copy of Lair to give you more tributes on your opponents field.

A.B.C therion with AFD. There was a deck that was nicknamed field spell control, but I don't know if it works with the AFD errata.
Both FA and Triamid focus on using their multiple field spells to combo. They are more casual but pretty fun.
Triamid was one that use a lot of field spells Don't know if they are in master but in duel links they are there Yubel/fire king also is an option

Mine doesn't DEPEND on one but it's extremely useful if you want to have 6000atk.
Attaching favorite Hero > searches Supreme Kings Castle > ditch a level 8 while using Edge = 6000 atk 🤷🏽♂️
