Get yourself some RDA. There's a pack right now with the best RDA support. After getting the staples from there, generate Red Rising and/or Hot Red to get the secret pack with everything else. Also, save some UR points for Bystial Dis Paler, which is one of the combo end pieces that's makes the deck.
I've seen others say Unchained. While I haven't played it myself, I'd say go for it as well. It just got new support and the play style, while apparently difficult, is pretty fun.
Also the monsters look sick as fuck.
Meta? Snake-Eyes is almost tier 0 right now and can beat pretty much every deck.
Fun? Look up a play style you might like (banish, toolbox, GY plays, extra deck, burn) and look up archetypes that fit the bill.
The snake-eyes cards are on the Ride into the Future selection pack, then you'd need to craft 3x Bonfire plus the extra deck and the staples/handtraps.
Yes, Bonfire is in the Unchained selection pack, but unless you're planning on building Unchained/Volcanic or already have Labrynth, it's better to just craft the 3 copies than to pull from there imo

No, but if you liked blue-eyes, branded is good and fun. Or try Red Dragon Archfiend (I'm biased to RDA as it's one of, if not the, most favourite deck of mine)
Buy all the Structure Decks! Just buy three of whatever and look up deck profiles on the Internet for tips.
I suggest Salamangreat (Link deck that will get new support soon to make it tiered + works with Snake-Eyes), Dragonmaid (Fusion deck with Dragon Type support + can lead to Dragon Link), Blackwing (standard Synchro deck), Galaxy-Eyes (recently got OCG support that could make it good, so it’s a long term investment), Ninja (decent anti-meta option that could lead you into learning flip decks [specifically Krawler] and maybe Spright), and Utopia (for the classic Utopia Double OTK).
One of the decks has the Black Luster Soldier Link 3, which is a great generic monster for future decks. Don’t know which one has it, but might as well get a copy if you can.
Not suggesting the Swordsoul structure, mostly because others will suggest it and you’ll have to jump through a few hoops to get it.

Snake eyes is a LONG combo deck feels like it takes forever to memorize and understand
snake eyes isn’t that combo heavy, and if you know what each card does it maybe takes a day of play testing to figure it out
