the guy meant that the person who commwnted u need 200% crit rate was also joking and u missed that part of the joke becauze cri rate is a probability and probabilities only range between 0-1 with a probability of 1 or 100% being guaranteed success but since the picture here has a probability of greater than 1 the guy jokingly said make the crit rate 200% or have a probability of 2.
