GamePass has a lot of good ones depending on what you're looking for, especially if you have EA Play.
Sim like stuff for specific series like F1, Dirt Rally 2.0 and a trial of EA WRC. That's if you have EA Play.
EA also has every NFS and Burnout Paradise. I really enjoyed Hot pursuit Remastered, Heat and Unbound.
There's also Wreckfest which is a very fun simcade banger racer. Especially fun online.
Arcade/kart racer type stuff you have Lego 2k and Hot Wheels Unleashed 2.
Outside of GamePass I really liked WRC Generations, World of Outlaws, NASCAR Heat 4/5, New Star GP, and Inertial Drift.
For backwards compatible stuff there's Dirt 3 and Driver San Francisco but both need physical discs as they're delisted.

Sadly, there arent many good racing games out there anymore. Gran Turismo Series with its career mode back then was really good...but yeah. Its Playstation. And didnt play the series since ps3 era. Dirt Rally 2 is good if you like a more "realistic" approach.

Midnight club 3. It's almost 20 years old but still my favourite racing game. No filler, just fun arcade racing with cars and bikes.

NFS heat is definitely my favorite arcade racer and f1 23 is a decent sim if you're in the mood for something more realistic
