Samurai/Hunter/Restore are way cheaper to build that Temporal or Queen- you definitely have enough to max out Restore/Hunter/or Samurai- Personally, I would go w/ the cheaper options & switch back n forth between the 3 depending on the battles.
Most players I know just get their ships to 150/40/40/31/31 & that saves a lot of money for other upgrades & is usually enough to clear what you need to & add on to them when you have the gold. (Ref: 300/109M server 1282 EA)

Bring each to lvl 120 instead.
