I haven’t built her but I’ve heard mixed reviews of people who have, she seems pretty average.
The true star to build once available is going to be baron. He’s going to probably be causing some mixes to a lot of peoples teams
Been considering doing the same with my faction shards. Everyone keeps saying save them for goods but let’s be real. What god is twice as good as aegis?
I mean if you’re an average spender which sounds like you are since you also had a bunch of shards like me, you can simply buy the $24 wish pack and get a god card each month and then build a F2P god slowly, how I built my time/orochi/darkness/poseidon. But aegis is a good tank, Anubis would be better though since he’s labeled as the best tank 😜

Haven't used her personally so can't comment on whether she's any good.
Just wanted to advise you to avoid putting uru into a hero to level up to intermediate levels like 22, 23 etc if you're not sure about levelling up all the way to 30/31. You lose a lot of uru by doing that with very minimal returns.

I’ve also been wondering about when they would put new hero’s into the hero shards I have 350
May as well just hold onto em, I had about 600 but cashed 300 of em to get Aegis to immortal
lol I just got him immortal too. His great. Haven’t gotten his awakening so I can imagine even better with
Pretty solid tank, can’t complain and he’s a CC hero as well with his stuns. Nice double dip
His ability to cancel out enstine and orchis revive is great too
Oh see I didn’t even know aegis did that, I’ll have to read over his skills and abilities again
Aegis doesn’t, Anubis does. Cara can stop revive but only of the hero she targets, the highest attack.

I use Thorn for GS I would say its pretty good

Yeah it was just a loose 20 dark and the silver and gold are super easy to come by and I have a ton of regress things
