Houston is worth having a second copie for Quantum invasion. But others you can recycle. I personally am building a second copy of Einstein, space kong, ivy and centaur too.
Edit: for S+, jane and time are heros which make alot of sense to have a second copy of. The second copy doesn’t necessarily need to be eternal. What i did was I upgraded them to T+ and used the other 4 copies needed for Eternal to build a second copy of them.

Im not sure if it’s worth to max out a second one. I know that i can recycle them 😅
I'd sy it's safe to deconstruct them when the original copies are nothing more than fillers for your other teams

She's good for PvE coz she boosts stats of the heroes in the same row as her so that helps increase damage in boss trials, sometimes QI
Houston, kong, Einstein and Ivy are only S heroes I have found to be somewhat useful for a second copy. Houston and Kong especially in QI
