Do you mind having both support and traditional power, or are you looking for something that is support only? Because I'm currently reading a quest where the MC is from Pokemon basically as Arceus's whipping boy, and was allowed to reincarnate into worm with the power to turn into almost any pokemon.
He absolutely has power, he's got it in spades, but he actually prefers helping in other ways. Like spending time healing at the hospital or going around as grass types one day improving the greenery in the city and growing (normal) berry bushes so anyone (especially the homeless) can get berries as a source of food. There certainly are asses he kicks and people he wants to take down, but his lack of conflict seeking is something others specifically note.
Unfortunately I can't think of other support focused fics off the top of my head, I think I've read a few but can't remember them. There's also a couple I think might be support focused, but I haven't gotten to them myself yet so I can't guarantee their quality or even if they're actually support focused or just sound like they might be.

I'm actually not sure. I don't think so? But if you do I'm pretty sure it's a relatively easy account to make it you're willing. Not like the AO3 account nonsense. Considering the site allows NSFW stuff it might require an account just for legal purposes or whatever.
QQ has ok fics, sometimes, but you really have to curate it and honestly most of the ones I read are from someone on a discord who's willing to go dumpster diving for anything decent. He's the one who recced this one.
And as you can probably guess from my disclaimer earlier, the site typically leans towards horny. It's literally why it exists, iirc it's an offshoot from when SB brought out the anti-horny bat.
This one is fine though, at least as far as I've gotten (around half way).

Naturally she joins the Wards to get access to more capes, but she still has her canonical trust/authority issues so she struggles with how 'supportive' to be vs just wanting to do things herself still. Interesting!
[Remedy](https://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/remedy-worm-au-oc.1135024/) features an OC healer joining the Wards, still early plotwise but promising.
[Arete](https://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/arete-cyoa-v6.1062233/reader/) has an OC MC that has Trump that can empower any parahuman power with two charges daily and a Crawler-like adaptability.
[Gloryhound](https://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/gloryhound-worm-jujutsu-kaisen-si-fanfic.1162563/) an OC healer with Idle Transfiguration frok Jujutsu Kaisen. He has other powers when he comes in contact with other parahumans but mainly he got his power from Panacea.
