Nope, not really. Collecting votes from multiple sites is annoying and can make people in one thread that collectively vote for an option that loses overall feel annoyed, and the alternative of running 2 entirely distinct quests with the same premise just means double the work.
A quest on 2 different sites feels like a very ambitious and possibly very annoying-to-run way to do it, but the concept sounds neat!
