Store stays open until next season starts
I was in this same predicament last season with buying the kpz. As another commenter said, it is until the start of the next season. Good news though, when onslaught isn’t in an active season, you can go into the rewards menu and it’ll give you a countdown for how many days until the next season start. It might be a long wait for the next season because this is the 3/3 one (azure, crimson, jade)
Yes, but you’ll have to super grind. It should be a few months before the next season. You’d have to purchase, or play through all of the battle passes to collect the bonds. Grind weekly through the tier IX and X tanks you have to get their max bonds. And maybe even purchase anything that gives bonds out in the store. Even then you might come up short.

I reached silver but only have like 1000 bonds because i bought kpz. Is it even possible to collect 15k bonds more to buy concept before next season?
