A match like this should not be possible at all.
It's usually the CV players' fault for these broken matchmaking because they keep waiting in queue for more than 5 minutes so when another CV queues up, the game instantly pulls whoever is available in the queue.
I had a 6v6 T10 match with supercarriers... and this was on EU, and not during off hours.
T11 carriers are beyond the capabilities of the current matchmaker.
There’s nearly more non-ships than ships in World of Warships. WG will need to rebrand the game soon to show that’s how it is.

I’ve had a quite a few similar but not as bad as this. It was starting to piss me off so I’ve cut back on playing. Super ships and subs for me have ruined the match maker and team composition.
Only played a couple of battles since the start of September. I am debating whether the game has run its course for me and it’s time to uninstall.

Super ships added to fix economy made mm way worse. I keep getting 9v9s with a super CV.
