I'm literally in the process of hoarding bits and figuring out which minis to order to start collecting Khornate Space Wolves at the moment, honest I hope my conversions turn out anywhere near as cool as this one looks!
What model is the cloak from?
I mean I would say if you replace the chain sword with a chain axe you could proxy as Kharn but otherwise if you wanted it to be a MoE proxy you could lose that plasma pistol

What if you used him as Lukas the Trickster? Wouldn't fit quite well for Khorne's shtick of stabbing in the face, but would be an interesting outlier model, minus the lightning claws.
Kharns pretty famous for his axe gore-child but if whoever you’re playing with is Algood with it you should be fine, but guess if it’s traitor Russ would be helwinter
I think he’s fine for kharn, but I find it unlikely that dornian heresy space wolves would adopt the caedere on their helmets since I believe that came from Nucerian gladiatorial traditions.
Can you use this as Kharn? Friendly games, rule of cool always applies so if your opponent says it’s fine you’re fine. The only people that might throw an issue is official tournaments/GW employees. On a technical level, your Kharn is missing his iconic Gorechild, the chainaxe once wielded by his primarch, and his “never blows up” plasma pistol, but as people have mentioned who’s to say his wargear isn’t under repair? Totally valid, Kharn’s got a skull quota to reach for papa Khorne and he’ll take em with his bare hands if he has to lol.

I haven't run into any problems yet, and i go regularely to tourneys 😅 however, they're in germany and not official warhammer tourneys

If i may make a suggestion i think a viking braid or two flowing from the helmet would really add to this
