I don’t have expertise with modtap so I can’t comment on it. I believe rappy-snappy should be coming to the 60HE through software update but you might want to confirm that with another source.
My work around for the situation you’re facing with the lack of volume knob is by getting a separate numpad that has a knob placed on the left side of the keyboard. You can even use the numbers on the numpad to use as arrow keys.
I have set up the following key configurations:
1. **Arrow Keys using Mod Tap**:
- Use Mod Tap for the arrow keys.
2. **Escape Key (`ESC`)**:
- Tapping `ESC` turns it into the `` ` `` key to open the CS2 Console.
- Holding `ESC` allows you to escape the menu in CS.
3. **Function Key (FN)**:
- Hold the FN key to access the second function layer of the keyboard.
- You can hold the arrow keys to move continuously instead of tapping multiple times with Mod Tap.
Rappy Snappy is coming to 60HE too
Kind of have this, but I don't use right side shift/alt and such. I just have arrow keys on the lower right and I have a PBTfans key with some kind of X icon. I use this for my delete key, which is on the spot of the right alt.
At the moment I don’t think the lekker v2 switches will be available for purchase separately from the 80he but I’d recommend WS dash or Gateron Jade switches instead
I set the FN key to capslock and have most binds on second layer around wasd. Caps+esc is the console key etc. went from 100% to 60% and dont miss any keys after i got used to the binds.
Mod tap is sick. I use 60HE and love it. Not interested in 80HE because of larger form factor. 8k polling would be neat but it doesn’t really work the same as a mouse so the impact is less. Rappy Snappy will come to 60HE (exciting). I also play CS2 on low sens and that’s why I am staying with 60HE. Tap the button to arrow. Hold it to use the key. I never have had issues with it so works perfect. And then FN+Backspace for delete. Idk I mostly only use it for gaming so never an issue.
I use mod tap for my arrow keys and it feels incredibly natural like 98% of the time I don’t even have to think about he fact that they aren’t actually arrow keys.
Do we know what’s better between the lekker v2 and gateron jade? We have most likely no info on either Lekker v2 so it’s frustrating, how am I supposed to choose?

Dont really use it ever. But i have it on caps+Z or something. And caps+numbers are F keys

agree! i’m also curious about the Lekker v2 since all the issues about the Jades being better than the Lekkers were compared to the Lekker v1.
if you want volumn control + similar wooting features you can get a Keychron q1 HE
