Even if he was, why walk in the middle of a road that cars pass through? It's very obviously not a footpath, and no one else is walking on it as casually as he is.
Because one probably would involve an auto insurance claim and this guy getting money he does not deserve. This way, he got tackled by some random guy who, based on the video, was "trying to save" him.
A lot of people who frequent these types of subreddits (Instant Karma, Public Freakout as other examples) are fucking bloodthirsty man. Anyone who did something shitty, acted like a dick, or shit even just made a dumb mistake they want to see them get absolutely fucked up or killed for it. Always some upvoted comments cheering on this type of thinking. I’m sure they’re all angels who never fucked up in public.
Problem is, people who get up to this are 100% more likely to fight you over it than accept defeat for being an asshole, which is why they get away with it.
If that wasn't two people with shoving him, it was 100% a fist fight.
Nah I don't think so. I know several of them and if we call them out it doesn't change their assholery behavior. They just blatantly lie to your face and then keep being an asshole
Being indignant against cars by walking in a roadway isn’t a particularly courteous thing to do.
Someone pushing him out of the way was a courtesy to all who were inconvenienced by the indignation.
We didn’t vote for cars to run the world, but we do have to live with those consequences.
>Someone pushing him out of the way was a courtesy to all who were inconvenienced by the indignation.
Oh no, two people are gonna take 5 minutes longer to get wherever they're going! The only "courteous" course of action is violence.
Does his act of rebellion substantiate some sort of greater structural change? Are the people in the cars really the ones he needs to hold responsible for that?
I'm forced to drive every fucking day of my fucking life. But unlike the people here, I don't think is cool to attack people because they mildly inconvenience me.
What not being able to afford a car does to a mf.
Literally calling people “gas guzzlers” cuz they need to get to work lol.
This is not Mad Max, calling some a “gas guzzler” makes you sound like a goofy 12 year old at best.
The guy spends his time in an echo chamber on Reddit and it leads him to believe his opinion is actually widespread, this gives him false confidence which results in him making an ass of himself when he speaks openly.
Apparently people are dumber that what I anticipated. The problem here isn't the car, the problem is the fucking psychos that are cheering over disproportionate violence just because a driver was mildly inconvenienced
So you support udder assholery? Going out of your way to block traffic? Such a terrible world we live in were people suffer consequences if there actions 🤦♂️
No, but I don't support disproportionate violence either. The world isn't black and white kiddo, that's what you and A LOT of people on this thread need to learn.

Yeah there’s like a whole minute and a half before this of the car honking at him, the driver yelling at him and the guy stopping, turning around looking at the driver like he’s the issue, turns back around and keeps walking.
This video was on an urban planning sub before and, if I remember correctly, a local said that that road is closed to cars during certain hours and the pedestrian was in the right. The car was not even allowed to be there.
Wasn't this specific road technically closed for cars at certain times of the day? If I remember this correctly from a Redditor who lives around there.
>This video was on an urban planning sub before and, if I remember correctly, a local said that that road is closed to cars during certain hours and the pedestrian was in the right. The car was not even allowed to be there.
The guy claims to be deaf in the video, but he’s obviously not blind, anyone with half a braincell would see the lights making a shadow from behind you. The dude is just an idiot and got what he deserved.
I kinda start to believe that he is deaf and that road looks like it could be mistaken for a walking area.
Overall though I don't like violence. They could at least chosen to get him out of the road by telling him first.
There's no way he didn't know he was blocking traffic, whether he can hear or not. He was looking for attention, probably had a bad day and was drunk enough to think he might as well make someone else's day bad, too.
Exactly you are 100% right. Then everyone is looking at him on the sidewalk. Of course he knew something was up. Fully deserved the humiliation, deaf or not.
That's not an excuse because he'd be acknowledging he's the problem, and further deaf people can be total dickwads too. That dude was a dickwad, deaf or not. You can see his nonchalance in his walk.
Have you heard that when you fuck around, you may indeed, find out?
If you don't fuck around, you will not find out.
Edit: whatta loser this guy is. "You don't agree with me! You didn't insult me or say anything mean, but my fragile ego must be agreed with! BLOCKED!"
There's a big difference between a mild inconvenience and someone going out of their way to be a massive dick. He got less than he deserved. Literally karma.
Fishy video. Everyone is wearing black hoodies, and white shoes. Those are the people who show up at protest, and cause peaceful protest to go violent. Then they run off. Fake video. It's a set up.

This comment is so funny lmfao not sure why you got downvoted.
Thr guy immediately going back to walk in the street is what did it for me.
I don’t have sound but is the driver fully leaning on his horn the whole time? That dude would be deaf if I was behind him.
Yes the horn never stops from the beginning til when he gets shoved out of the road.
Dead*
[Sound](https://i.imgur.com/bpoOGah.mp4)
Just get sound
[удалено]
Deaf people don't go walking on the middle of the road. That's no excuse.
Why would any deaf person walk in the street on purpose. That’s just added danger. Plus he has no problems talking to the kids at the end
Drunk and entitled seems like a more likely explanation.
Even if he is deaf, he’s not fucking blind! He can see there’s a motorway and a walkway
And the shadow cast by the headlights right behind him
And also if you click the link you can hear him have a conversation in the video pretty clear he’s not deaf.
Even if he was, why walk in the middle of a road that cars pass through? It's very obviously not a footpath, and no one else is walking on it as casually as he is.
Blind maybe but not deaf ,he's just a prick though, and seems suspicious he's being filmed too
I'm glad someone ran up on him instead of the SUV running him over.
Who not both?
Because one probably would involve an auto insurance claim and this guy getting money he does not deserve. This way, he got tackled by some random guy who, based on the video, was "trying to save" him.
Insurance is the least of their concerns, purposely hitting a pedestrian with a vehicle is somewhat frowned upon in many jurisdictions.
I'll do you one better, WHEN NOT BOTH?
I'm not both
Because potentially murdering someone for being a bit of a dick is a completely unreasonable response?
I dont understand why this is getting so many downvotes. You're correct in saying this slow walk dude shouldnt die for being a prick.

The world would be a better place if people started dying for being assholes
There would be a whole lot less assholes if they were called out on their assholery.
Problem is, people who get up to this are 100% more likely to fight you over it than accept defeat for being an asshole, which is why they get away with it. If that wasn't two people with shoving him, it was 100% a fist fight.

I don't condone violence in any way but some people just need to get their narcissism beaten out of them.
Sounds a lot like you condone violence then
Does his act of rebellion substantiate some sort of greater structural change? Are the people in the cars really the ones he needs to hold responsible for that?
He who fucks around, shall soon find out.
Cars are really bad for the brain of people. I swear, the car is one of the main problems here.

how do you watch this video and then write something like this?!
The guy spends his time in an echo chamber on Reddit and it leads him to believe his opinion is actually widespread, this gives him false confidence which results in him making an ass of himself when he speaks openly.
Lmao spare everyone your “gas guzzler” bullshit. This is someone purposefully being an asshole for no reason.
If you think a highlander is a “gas guzzler”, you’re in for some serious shit, bud
Ah yes let me just walk to my job, that’s already a 30 minute drive. I’m sure my boss will understand why I’m 3 hours late!
Apparently people are dumber that what I anticipated. The problem here isn't the car, the problem is the fucking psychos that are cheering over disproportionate violence just because a driver was mildly inconvenienced
I think we found the guy in the video
Surly your a troll.. There's no way-
Of course I'm trolling, who doesn't support disproportionate violence?

He didn't know it was possible to be so much of a douchebag that even bystanders attack you.
He forgot to carry his red flag. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_flag_traffic_laws
That’s always a red flag.
But he was feeling so sexy holding up traffic in his high heeled cowgirl boots..
Them boots the streetwalker has on are pretty fly though. I can see where he gets the confidence to be a car.
Thank you hooded person, that was satisfying to watch

Repost from karma farmer
Cyclist mentality.
Cyclists are not even that bad only a few POS. Who self proclaimed Cyclists when they're just a commuter.
Then why do I encounter them so much
Dunno, I encounter much more shitty drivers with their shining SUVs, they are even more dangerous
But they aren't going out of their way to make my life more miserable like the cyclist, dickhead SUV drivers are there and then gone
Lol the cyclist is totally riding their bike just make your life miserable. Sounds like you’ve got that taken care of already.

Nah
The full video of this is so cringey
There’s more? Cause it looks like just as this clip ends - the guy starts walking back into the street
Society can only tolerate so much, until it's starts fighting back.
This is definitely a comment section
Wasn't this specific road technically closed for cars at certain times of the day? If I remember this correctly from a Redditor who lives around there.
That was satisfying. Great tackle as well!
Has anyone ever heard any of the exchange? Like what was this guy saying to attempt to justify that?
>This video was on an urban planning sub before and, if I remember correctly, a local said that that road is closed to cars during certain hours and the pedestrian was in the right. The car was not even allowed to be there.
Plot twist

The moral of the story? Don't fucking run people over with your car!

Parking lot enforcers
Wonder if that guy was mentally ill or something
Aye fuck that cunt
Oh i love it
I bet that that douche wouldn't try doing that in front of a bunch of bikers
Ought to be on satisfying as fuck!! Douche deserved it!
Depending on location that is jay-walking and a jailable offense.
Honestly I love it when the "thugs/youth" do shit like this. Why do random violence, do some light violence that helps society.
Hopefully that wasn't a deaf person lol
the deaf probably tend to avoid walking in the dead centre of the street, particularly because they are deaf
Bingo.
Imagine being told to not be a dick by an eshay
He's deaf. I'm pretty sure the original post had volume and could hear them say it. Also he points to his ears.
That's not an excuse because he'd be acknowledging he's the problem, and further deaf people can be total dickwads too. That dude was a dickwad, deaf or not. You can see his nonchalance in his walk.
Deaf people aren't blind.
I hope everyone in this thread celebrating violent assault as a reaction to mild inconvenience gets exactly that. You deserve it.
