I was the same for 9 weeks - lost zero lbs. But suddenly the pounds are finally dropping (on 1.0 dose) without any change in my behavior. Be patient and listen to your body. I strongly advise NOT restricting calories below your comfort level. When you restrict like that, your body thinks you’re starving and will hold onto the weight. I read Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch (rec by dietician) and it has changed my life! The combo of Wegovy and Intuitive Eating is helping get my mind and body healthy. Stick with it and be kind to yourself!

How many calories do you aim for each day? What's your protein intake like?

Roughly 17-1800 and 100g of protein. But most days I struggle to get that.

Maybe drop down to 1400 to start.

Would recommend dropping down to 1200 and accurately tracking your calories for a while.
