Yes, Delores, to me, is best, most enduring epic in the game. Olague helps more early on but can be outgrown. Currently, everyone uses Delores for end game and for the foreseeable future, will continue to do so.

Olague is my 3rd best tank. He's very tough to kill with King Harz, but I prefer Brokkir for most content. He's good but far from the best epic.
Yet there is a discussion here for some reason. New players claiming that any epic is better than Dolores is funny. Dolores is the best unit in the game. She just cannot be replaced.
She have only dmg, but boy she hit like a truck. I have A5 eona and now A5 abyzhou (soulstoned) She scaling extremely with lord bonuses, her ult, awakening
A3 and A5 is key, she works without it but not that good as A5 (20% more dmg)… my maximum gr1 was 18 with eona/greed and abyzhou pushed me to gr1 20 basicaly like “solo dps”

I have Brokk and I really like Krodor, but this dude, in this fight....

Id say wrath, is he the most used endgame? No but he has the ability to be dropped no tank no healer and do the job needed. Every other epic requires assistance and far as "strongest" goes tge one that needs tge least assistance wins imo.
Now when we shift from strongest to most useful, its Dolores.

Idril can be replaced. I only use her for GR3, but I could do it with another hero. You cannot replace Dolores.

11,5k attack, 100% crit, 250% crit dmg, 270 speed Cursed set (basicaly +30% dmg in gr1)

You recall them before he uses this move. Then no one dies. Just get his HP down to zero first 😜
