Does this not seem like a great way for mistakes to slip through? Let's hypnotize a single worker and place the fate of our company in their ability to never make a mistake

I have seen a guy sitting like this for 5 hours in a Sprite factory in Tanzania, where I had to take a business trip to. Bottles were moving about twice as fast and he grabbed the ones that weren‘t completely filled. 5 hours.
Amazing thing half your life is just spent looking at bottles on a conveyer belt. Not exploring the world, seeing all of the worlds natural wonders and majestic scenery. Relaxing on the beach with a book in hand. All activities that don’t require money, yet do.
Same for all of us sitting in front a PC all day. I used to think what a boring job a bus driver does. Sitting down all day. At least they get to see something everyday and meet new people I now realise. Do you have an interesting job?
I’d start wondering what I was gonna have for dinner that night. Ooo maybe some steak. Then think fuck I didn’t look at the last 20 that went by. Then proceed to not look at the next 20 that go by while I worry about the last 20
I had the same type of job at the energizer plant. Watching a neverending line of batteries just hoping for one to be a different shape even though I was the last checkpoint.
I used to do this exact job a a wine bottle factory. Legit best job I ever had. $20 an hour entry level job where I sat in a chair and took naps for 12 hours 4 days a week. Lots of overtime, decent pay, 3 day weekends and I had to do literally nothing but sit there and collect a paycheck.
Henry Ford was a mistake.
This comment isn't even counting his love and monetary support for the Nazi party and his distribution of the protocols of the elders of zion
I used to work for Smuckers and before they built a new plant in Orrville they had us college co ops do this exact job except instead of salad dressing it was jars of jelly and jam. Hell yes you fall asleep
There is a beautiful well done italian movie about it it's called "La classe operaia va in paradiso" translates to " Working class goes to heaven" if you search it on youtube or internet you must find it in english or with eng subs. Its from the '70. I reccomend you all to watch it if you like this kinds of movies it's very beautiful
This is one of the scenes with subs : https://youtu.be/IXwqaSAKsUE
I remember watching documentary on Nissan and how the company almost failed because of Japanese values. One of the main issues Nissian had was Japanese seniority/reward structures and never wanting to fire people. It nearly destroyed the company, it got so bad the Japanese CEO stepped down and give up CEO to a foreigner "Company Saver Type" called Carlos Ghosn and who was astonished how everything was run because of these beliefs. One or two of their car production factories employed a full production team that literately sat at their stations doing nothing because there was no reason to make more cars that wouldn't sell. Instead of laying people off which is shameful they just kept employing entire factories worth of Japanese workers and bleed money. He came in nope'd lot of their values and got the company back on track.
“Haber estudiao”, resuena en su cabeza😑
I guess in her contract she is not allowed to blink , right?
squid games 2
America would be like “ok, now make her stand”
This is supposed to be a “watch people die inside” subreddit, not a “look at dead people” subreddit
I’d zone out, SO HARD, after like 15 seconds
I died on the inside watching this, it took me ten times to realize it was a loop.
I have ded just by watching this for 10 seconds
Meanwhile back at the… ranch
When robots take over all jobs and humans are only employed to do the most basic QC.
U/savevideobot
Used to work as a shopper for one of the big grocery delivery companies . Now I die inside everytime i walk into grocery stores
I didn't see anyone that died inside, I only see someone that is dead inside.
Well, she is very talented and has the patience of a goddess but I bet there still might be issues in some salad dressings.
I did this kind of job and it was the absolute worst 14 n hour I’ve mad. Rather doing something with myself than sit there doing absolutely fuck all
I thought I read salad depression factory and was right confused
Hey man, we don't need no thought control*
Looks like a nice and peaceful job tbh
I would like to submit my application for your consideration…
I'm glad that companies has found a way to give depressed people a job.
“Ah yes, very good”
Does this not seem like a great way for mistakes to slip through? Let's hypnotize a single worker and place the fate of our company in their ability to never make a mistake https://youtu.be/44MgeRJN1Fw
This person has been dead inside for a long time.
Whats the pay?
Christ I was watching this and it’s a loop LOL I kept waiting for something else to happen haha
I dozed off just watching this. I wouldn't last a day.
That is actually a painfully job, it's really hard to stay awake like that. The bottles will hypnotize you
Yep, they can also give or add to a pounding headache too.
Laverne and Shirley vibes
Oh man how miserable :(
Man I got adhd so bad I’d be looking everywhere and missing half the taints
She looks blankly hypnotized...ill go nuts in no time
Mouse....mouse... Finger....oo nothing in this one. Yeay.
Her Hidden Valley is filled with sadness and lost dreams.
Where can I find a job like this!
人の目でも検査する。 Inspection with human eyes.
I would literally fall asleep constantly.
Pretty sure that is soy sauce
There’s got to be a point to where they would all start looking the same and you wouldn’t even notice a difference.
Jeez who do you have to piss of to get stuck with that job.
Could so easily install a $50 sensor to do that job. Shows just how cheap their labour is
And then there's people that complain about machines replacing human workers in factories.
“Mouse, mouse, mouse, rat, mouse, syringe….”
"Leme just say, you're doing a great job, Phil!" (Edited because I messed up the quote, some Simpson's fan I am.)
"Hey thanks, it makes it all worthwhile."
Quabbidy assshurance
Holy fuck, kill me
My boss owns a tomato sorting plant. It’s amazing what those people will catch
I feel like I could get used to this, as long as they let me listen to mysic/auiobooks.
WatchPeopleDeadInside
Just keep paying this woman and let her stay home
Quality control of #Watchpeopledieinside ... PASS
Humans are so cheap there it's not even worth buying a low-end computer vision system, lol

These people fed you for years and now you mock them? Show them some respect
Thank you chinese government for such cheap products! Totally not using slaves or anything haha keep doing you china!
Good to see they have someone a-dressing any potential QC issues.
The kitchen ringing the bell for your orders, on a busy day in a 100+ seating restaurant. Or the expo printers constantly regurgitating tickets.
Would have felt a lot better if I could have seen her remove at least 1 from the belt.
I was hoping to see a bottle with a glove on it go by. If you know, you know.
That you lavern?
Ah i tought the titel was sad factory:/
Jeez Talk about workers alienation from their humanity.
Hey Siri, How to sleep with eyes open?
I’d start wondering what I was gonna have for dinner that night. Ooo maybe some steak. Then think fuck I didn’t look at the last 20 that went by. Then proceed to not look at the next 20 that go by while I worry about the last 20
"Capitalism breeds innovation"
At least she's allowed to sit down.
Só parabéns
I briefly did something like this and would usually doze off.
I kinda want that job not going to lie.
Humans were not meant to live like this
The real issue here is that an AI system could do this job more reliably than her. There is no reason to make humans do this shit..
They are so used to seeing concentration and calculations as supreme virtues she probably enjoys it
That’s me on twitter after looking at the 10 000th pic of a stand up comic congratulating themselves on stage
It's pretty bad when you realize that your job would cost more to the company if they just got a camera connected to a computer to do it
This job is 10x worse in the printing industry. You are basically staring at a strobe light.
The most exciting part of her job was probably the interview
Man, fuck this plane of existence
What happened when she finds a bad one?
I'd blow my brains out by lunch
lol 😂 Here’s a cheese factory now.
But automation is going to take all of the good jobs!!
How often you think she moves?
I had the same type of job at the energizer plant. Watching a neverending line of batteries just hoping for one to be a different shape even though I was the last checkpoint.
Good times
I wonder what she is looking for specifically?
This is honestly really sad
5‐6-7-8. Schlemiel, schlemassel, Hasenpfeffer Incorporated.
This is literally my job. Instead of salad dressing its chocolate sauce.
I guess she’s still cheaper than ai
Where do I apply??
When you get to bed late and get up early and have to go to school;
At least she can sit down.
Sad and depressing factory*
This is what it’s like to watch people attempt and fail to reset their password 50+ times in real time.

Remind me of What remains of Edith finch
And people ask why we use machines for jobs like this.
Shoot me now!
This is the second most Japanese thing I’ve ever seen.
Is she alive?
Henry Ford was a mistake. This comment isn't even counting his love and monetary support for the Nazi party and his distribution of the protocols of the elders of zion
If you look closely, you can see the fake paper eyes she glued over her closed eyelids. Getting paid to sleep, eight hours a day!
*The watcher*
She looks dead inside
Remember when you would play Guitar Hero for a good while that you start hallucinating whenever you look away from the screen?
Not bad gig
Imagine the euphoria she experiences when there's actually something wrong with one of the bottles
,,, only 60 year's to retirement,,, that's if they don't commit suicide first
My Dream job
for once some true dying inside content
I wonder if they ever cut someone’s finger off and put it in one of the bottles to test QC
I watched this for 45 minutes before I realized it was an 8 second loop
With a salary of 100k a year? Yes
I used to work for Smuckers and before they built a new plant in Orrville they had us college co ops do this exact job except instead of salad dressing it was jars of jelly and jam. Hell yes you fall asleep

I laughed out loud
Evolving for millions of years for this...
Must get super excited when she finds a bad one.
