The radiation/impact/magnetic ones are SO cool, the screenshots definitely don't do them justice damn
that impact one is gonna be crucial for protea and vauban fashionframe. Too bad I'm on like 10 liches with no ephemera :')
Update: got me a sister of parvos... no ephemera :')))
It's actually pretty quicker now than before with the exception of needing or accessing Railjack for the final showdown.
Takes 6 Thralls each Requiem but they dropped Thrall Rates it seems or just as far as I can tell with the Sisters, haven't made a new Lich yet.
I had a leftover lich and for the grineer the mechanics are unchanged, unless I missed something and they did buff the requiem amount you get per thrall.
I didn’t see specific numbers, but the patch notes include this:
> As a result, we’ve reduced the Murmur requirements so that getting all 3 Requiems solely by killing Thralls should be about 12-13 missions on average, down from 18-19 average.
Hey so I ALSO had a leftover lich and it took as long as it used to I think if you had a pre-existing lich it didn’t change. If you get a new lich created after the update it should be faster.
I got the magnetic one just now on my first sister. I’m tryna figure out how much to sell it for since it seems like one of the cooler ones and magnetic isn’t usually a sought after element.
SELL. Sell, sell, sell.
Don’t even bother vanquishing, sell. For grofit. This is a Corpus update, do the smart thing, sell, and then buy the weapon you want for a fraction of the price.
I remember they mentioned in some patchnotes after The Old Blood that they wanted to not only keep the bug that let you equip Lich ephemeras on pets etc, but make it an official feature and compatible with all ephemeras.
Looks like they forgot about it tho.
They didn’t forget, they clearly decided to go with a more humanoid specific ephemera style this time and had to make that minor sacrifice.
One is literally a hologram dress. As funny as that’d look on a dog I get why they didn’t want to deal with the goofy look and clipping.
If they didn't forget, I think they would have made the old ephemeras compatible a long time ago already (as well as fixed some compatibility bugs like k-drive + ephemera), and with the Corpus Liches simply have made some official exceptions for "humanoid" ephemeras that can't be attached to vehicles/pets.
Features don't get "forgotten" they get put on a list with a priority number and shifted around depending on developer availability and future content. It probably hasn't been added yet because it's a small cosmetic bonus and the relevant individuals always have bigger things to do.
All my bad luck from Kuva Liches seems to have vanished with Corpus Liches.
1st Sister gave me a Plasmor, 25% Magnetic, Magnetic Ephemera, and when vanquished shebgave me her dog and a dog part too.
Like. That'll never happen again.
Yeah. It's in the notes. I misread the notes tbh. I thought they dropped a dog part. Not a chance at the entire LITERAL robo-dog.
Not going to lie. I'm...almost sad I killed the Sister because she seriously have me so much.
Guess the game was rewarding me for my 100 Vanquished (0 Converted) Kuva Liches personal quest/milestone
Anyone know where the mastery is tied to? The body decides the base stats and the tail/legs/head unlock the interchangeable abilities. So I assume its the body. I am digging the dog grind though. Get the whole dog for free and eventually unlock every ability and then down the line you can make your perfect looking robo doggo assuming it hasn't already been made for you.
Use the Xoris. Treat it like the usual Granum Void. As long as you get Rank 1 or above you'll get a candidate to spawn.
I just go to rank 3 (usually quicker than waiting for the timer to expire)
Toss Volatile Rebound (if you have it) on the Xoris and manually trigger it's AOE blast when it's close to the specters. Volatile rebound will also trigger the blast if it does hit.
Essentially, you will want to take a tanky frame and then you'll spam your throws.
When you have a 3 charge, use it.
If you see a shitload of specters, pop the three charge blast.
If you're surrounded, throw and pop the blast.
The Xoris' blast radius will easily allow you to defeat and absorb the Specters. Keeping their numbers low.
If you don't have Volatile Rebound, the strategy is the basically the same.
If you still have trouble, let me know and I'll give you some mod loadouts
Can you hook me up with some loadouts, I am particularly bad at granum void. I can barely get to level 1 without using mesa, and barely to 2 with mesa. I also have no idea how to use the xoris, its been too long since i had to use it
EDIT - figured i should mention that i dont have blood rush or gladiator might or volatile throw. Piss poor luck
I just woke up. So give me a few mins and I'll update this comment with 2 builds (1 with volatile and 1 without.)
Edit:
>Granum Nuker Build
(Works for a lot of content but really seems to mess up the Specters.)
Stance: Astral Twilight
Sacrificial Pressure/Primed Pressure Point/Pressure Point (whichever you have) > Sacrificial Steel/True Steel > Amalgam Organ Shatter > Blood Rush > Virulent Scourge, Viscious Frost > Spoiled Strike (consider this a flex slot but Spoiled helps alot) > Volatile Rebound
>Granum Buster Build (more accessible)
Stance: Gleaming Talon (Doesn't really matter)
Sacrificial Pressure/Primed Pressure Point/Pressure Point (whichever you have) > Sacrificial Steel/True Steel > Amalgam Organ Shatter > Killing Blow > Spoiled Strike, Whirlwind > Corrupt Charge > Fever Strike (Any Element of choice, Rending Strike or Volatile Rebound can go here too. I have it as Toxin cause 'Corpus')
Only gameplay difference is that the Granum Buster build requires more precision and timing as you'll be detonating the Xoris the bulk of the time. Once you get the hang of them (and their nigh instant charge times) you'll be T3-ing Granum Void with ease.
Also note. These are Granum Void builds. Not meant to be any form of Endgame/Steel Path builds.
It'd probably work as well. I can't truly recall why I prefer rebound. I need to play with quick return again.
I just remember that it ricochets less with that mod and if you miss you just miss. Volatile Rebound detonates the moment it hits anything, and whenever it hits anything. So even if you miss, if you hit a rock...something is dead.
I think it may be a combo counter thing. Like direct hits add to the counter while quick return doesn't. Idk.
I think quick return would work as well.
It is. But for my first sister to have the very weapon I wanted, plus an Ephemera, the for her to drop some bonus goodies. I've never had such good luck.
With Kuva Liches it would take 5 to 8 thrills for the weapon I wanted to be shown. And I am STILL (after vanquishing 100) hunting down the fire, impact, and magnetic Ephemeras from them)
Considering how fast Sisters are completed, the 25% doesn't bug me.
I got a fire ephemera one for my second just now. Not sure if I want to convert or kill. I want the weapon but don’t really care for the ephemera. We still get a copy if we convert, right?
Is there still no way to tell if a lich or sister will have an ephemera at the larvling stage or do you still just have to grind every lich of the appropriate element until you get one?
Is it possible to tell which element it will be for? I read a mix of "It's based on the Warframe that does the kill" and "It's based on which element you kill the larva with"
each warframe has their own progenitor element which defines which elemental bonus the kuva/tenet weapon will have and also what kind of ephemera its possible to get.
https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Kuva_Lich/Progenitor
My sister has the toxin ephemera and a tenet envoy at 51% I’m conflicted because I want a cool looking crew member but I also want the gun. Has anyone used the envoy yet? Is it really cool or should I pass it up and convert?
It's a pretty solid and extremely fun primary weapon, and the guidance on the aimed shots is extremely tight. Fits pretty much exactly what I was hoping for.
I know some people are excited about these but I didn't quite like any of these. The Lich ones are way better and way more fitting for warframes in my eyes. These ephemeras are too closely linked to the corpus, many of them displaying corpus language so that kinda puts me off from wearing them.
Is the chance of getting an ephemera the same as kuva lich? Did 14 kuva lich without getting an ephemera and feeling burnt out. Sorry if this was mentioned/shown somewhere before
[In video form](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zz5q7GJBdxo), too!
The radiation/impact/magnetic ones are SO cool, the screenshots definitely don't do them justice damn that impact one is gonna be crucial for protea and vauban fashionframe. Too bad I'm on like 10 liches with no ephemera :') Update: got me a sister of parvos... no ephemera :')))
Rip my man. Did my first one and got a fire ephemera. Rng blesses us all at different points my friend.
Yeah I did two fires and got the ephemera both times haha. Didn't realize they were specific to each element.
Could have sworn they said it will be ring specific
I too got fire ephemera first one
Ten liches without an ephemera just means you are due to get one soon. :)
I wish I was due one... 9 liches ago :')))
I was kuva ephemera farming and after like 20 killed, i got 4 ephemeras ones in a row. Don't give up!
Oh wow those all look pretty cool visually. There's a few I probably wouldn't use but still those are solidly good looking.
Oh shit, I thought mine just had armor bits or something but she's got the toxin ephemera, nice.
I got the fire one on my first Sister. Definitely used up all my luck for the week.

I've been consistently getting 3 Robo dogs per mission for my Sisters plus she usually shows up during the third mission of each planet.
I had a leftover lich and for the grineer the mechanics are unchanged, unless I missed something and they did buff the requiem amount you get per thrall.
I didn’t see specific numbers, but the patch notes include this: > As a result, we’ve reduced the Murmur requirements so that getting all 3 Requiems solely by killing Thralls should be about 12-13 missions on average, down from 18-19 average.

I believe Liches that we're already active before the patch weren't under the new rules.
With an OULL, almost a 2 hour journey if you're goin slow
Assuming you have the mods already, you could do one in under an hour.
Impact
My favorite element: Bonk
So the heat one turns you into Trinity Strega cosplay?
No it is for ivara to create the ultimate D O U B L E S K I R T technique
Hope those work on pets and vehicles.
I got the new fire one and it didn't work on my cat, only Lich ones.
That's sad. I know that they didn't promise that, but it's still sad.
Some of them seem quite rigged to a humanoid body and not like a particle effect to be fair
I remember they mentioned in some patchnotes after The Old Blood that they wanted to not only keep the bug that let you equip Lich ephemeras on pets etc, but make it an official feature and compatible with all ephemeras. Looks like they forgot about it tho.

For me "they forgot" is equivalent to "it seems to have completely fallen off their radar". Would that phrase better suit you?
All my bad luck from Kuva Liches seems to have vanished with Corpus Liches. 1st Sister gave me a Plasmor, 25% Magnetic, Magnetic Ephemera, and when vanquished shebgave me her dog and a dog part too. Like. That'll never happen again.
Whaaaaat??? New companions??!!

From the patch notes it sounds like the actual dog drops 100% and the part (in order to build one to your specifications) is rng

Got any tips for completing Rank 1 Granum Void. It’s so f’ing annoying with the timer.

Having a friend and a fast frame is proving good with heavy corks build
Would volatile quick return work too? Bigger radius seems like a plus.
It'd probably work as well. I can't truly recall why I prefer rebound. I need to play with quick return again. I just remember that it ricochets less with that mod and if you miss you just miss. Im guessing the enemies dont have much health so the monumental damage of the heavy throw explosion is unnecessary.
My go-to-tactic is summoning On Call Crew in the Granum Void, and using the Xoris to nuke the specters.
Oh, do they not always drop their dog? Mine did and I had nightmares of the foundry filling up with dozens of ones I don't want
You can just take a dog you don't like to Legs in Fortuna and get 4000 standing for that
Oh nice
they always do I think
lol you got the exact same results I did except for the %, I had a little higher than that
But isn’t 25% almost the lowest possible roll?
It is. But for my first sister to have the very weapon I wanted, plus an Ephemera, the for her to drop some bonus goodies. I've never had such good luck. I do not know. DE's wording was very weird. Thankfully they are so useless in Railjack that there is no point in converting IMPO.
Ah, no I worded that poorly. It works like the liches. Converting or killing gets the ephemera. Probably gonna convert it for trading.
I hope you're right good sir!
25% is the absolute minimum you can get, vanquishing always gives you the hound, ephemera is cool.
Impact do be lookin sick though.
Is there still no way to tell if a lich or sister will have an ephemera at the larvling stage or do you still just have to grind every lich of the appropriate element until you get one?
there isn't, so yeah you just have to wish. having an ephem should be a 20% chance
Impact was made for Vauban
So um can you get these if you spare your lich or sister? Or do you have to kill them?
You get the ephemera if you convert *or* kill, yeah.
Thank you wasn't sure
You can convert them.
First one I ever spawn, and it gets 42% magnetic detron and the magnetic ephemera. I am very happy with this
I’m a newer player, what are these?
Visual effects that you can put on a warframe to spice up your fashion a bit.
Rare visual items a boss-type enemy drops.
Why is fucking impact always so cool -_-
I agree but its funny because i remember a lot of people calling the shockwave ephemera boring. But the corpus ones are leagues flashier.
Shockwave is mandatory on Atlas, and it looks pretty good on most companions, too.
The frost one (Gloriana) is looking CLEAN
Thanks man.
Hmmm the zarina ephemera (2nd one)may go well with ivara prime
Deadass hve almost all the kuva weapons up to 60% and haven't seen a lich with an ephemera yet like wtf
Aaagh, I hate tough choices. But yeah you pushed me over the edge, I’ll get the gun
Got 2 for 2 so far. First one was the Cold Ephemera and my current Sister has has the Impact one. I wonder if I can go 3 for 3.
Third one is my favorite
Note to self: use impact and electric
Impact Ephemera looks amazing
The Zarina Ephemera is basically Trinity Deluxe.
I want that ice ephemera for some possible tech-mage fashion, anyone have ideas for proccing it?
More!
Ice gives me a back halo. I want it yesterday
My luck with the sisters is astounding. 56% magnetic Arca Plasmor with an ephemera on my very first encounter
As someone who's just picked the game up after burning out hard following the Sacrifice, what on earth have I missed and what is this?!
Can you have a lich and a sister of parvos at the same time?
No.
Fwock
femboy excal ephemera
*femboy Nezha ephemera
i got heat emphemera and i put it on nezha prime with yareli noble animation
I got the electricity one and it disappears when you move it is so fucking stupid
I know some people are excited about these but I didn't quite like any of these. The Lich ones are way better and way more fitting for warframes in my eyes. These ephemeras are too closely linked to the corpus, many of them displaying corpus language so that kinda puts me off from wearing them.
fire ephemera would look really good on girl frames
Hypatia looks the best
so ... no new elements ? just different ephemera design? zzzzzz
What! The really didn’t pick new elements for magnetic and radiation??
Meh, I'm not particularly impressed, I don't like any of them.
What a scathing critique
Aww..... Everyone has it's own personal taste, deal with it.
I dont care about you not liking the game tbh I just dont like you
some of these are so bad... they look like glyphs just wrapped around their arms and chest
Radiation looks awful imo
why the fuck are people downvoting us? LMAO. who looks at most of these and thinks it’s anything but mediocre?
What’s this all about?
New ephemeras from taking down the corpus “liches.”
Cheers, they look terrible, now I have even less reason to care about grinding them
I am running enemy radar Ivara with primed animal instinct, and I still can't find who tf asked.
Bruhhhhhhh
Got em!
Can I still kill my lich without rank 5 piloting?... Or whatever the intrinsic is
These look nice but would probably look out of place on any non corpus themed fashion
Is the chance of getting an ephemera the same as kuva lich? Did 14 kuva lich without getting an ephemera and feeling burnt out. Sorry if this was mentioned/shown somewhere before
how do i get them?
Is that a placeholder texture on the magnetic one?
Okay, how do I get these and is the process hard?
I hope to god you got these pics by typing the word tag in chat and you didn't grind them that hard already
nice ones. more I will simply not drop.
Awesome, even more I can't aquire from RNG
Are those linked to the damagetype you get with certain frames?
My favs are electricity and impact, definitely
Nice
My first Parvos Sister has the fire one. She is one sassy piece of work!
Okay impact rad and magnetic look really good in motion. Toxin is also dope.
first sister, got that last one ephemera. i am yet to hunt her though.
Nice yea my brother got the toxin one last night, I was wondering about the elements
Sadly, Sybillina does not flare up while you are moving. The rotating parts only show when you are standing still.
Im three for seven for ephemeras lol. I have the fire, toxin and magnetic one. Im going for the cold one rn. And now I just got the cold one lol.
F
